A very nice golf vacation

A nice location on the fairway of Pinehurst #3 (I think) course. A very well managed property with a lot of space and amenities. An ideal location for family or buddies get together. No surprises and I enjoyed my trip fully.

Great home to gather with family on golf outing!

This home was comfortable, convenient, and set up for gatherings. The beds were very comfortable and the big screen TV was great for relaxing after a busy day of golf. Ruby was great to work with, answered questions promptly. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great Location...other small issues

Great Location and some wonderful updates to property. Hard to figure out how to check in as the listing said "contact owner". Had wireless internet issues that were quickly resolved by the owner with good communication. The house had some nice updates but screen door to front of house was busted and the hinge was loose and easy to run into and get injured. Rat traps throughout the house didn't exactly give you a wonderful feeling. No sheets on the bed as it was just a comforter. Movie projector said "lamp life exceeded on the screen" and it took time to figure out how to cancel the message. Kitchen was not very well equipped. Pollen everywhere (I get it that it was spring but so easy to track into the house upon arrival.

Fantastic Weekend

Ruby was amazing to work with. From setting up the dates for our weekend and assisting with tee times. The house was perfect, spacious and great for our guys golf weekend. Without question we will be back again! Thanks for everything, your hospitality was outstanding!!!!!

Very accomodating home with local support that was extremely helpful.

The house was well equipped and very clean. There was a local contact who was responsive to requests of additional linens and anything else we need more of. We stayed the week of Christmas so it was too cold to do much outside and in the lovely screened in porch but the spaciousness of the inside made the house very accommodating for our family. The in home theater was really cool and the two grandkids thought they had died and gone to Heaven.

Lovely house

Very enjoyable few days for 2 couples at this lovely house. Great location in a quiet cul de sac that overlooks the tee and fairway of Pinehurst #3, hole #12. We appreciated being able to bring our little dog. Close to everything at the Pinehurst Resort which was just wonderful for the golfers in the group. The spa at the resort was fabulous. The house is fairly well equipped and very comfortable. Huge television and pool table in the great room was fun. The owner/property manager arranged tee times at 3 different courses and was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.

Great fit for a couple of foursomes

Ruby’s home was awesome! Perfect for our golf adventure in the Pinehurst area. Cooked up big breakfasts, golfed all day, grilled dinners overlooking Pinehurst fairway, watched Happy Gilmore on the giant home theater screen!, and slept comfortably all night! What more could you ask for.....? how about Ruby setting us up with Tee Times at the famed Pinehurst golf resort!!!!!!! Thanks Ruby. Same time next year😎

Property has potential

Great location. Great potential. Property needs deep cleaning, clean patio screens and ceiling fan; major updates, new windows, new kitchen cabinets, new closet and bedroom doors, sectional furniture in great room, new towels, and seal kitchen floor/cabinet interface to prevent palmetto bugs from entering. Also cannot run outside lights when using garbage disposal or else will trip circuit breaker.

Home was really nice but outdoor area needs improvement.

The home had nice furnishing and was plenty big for the guests that stayed with us. We had 4 adults and 3 kids one being an infant( the house sleeps 10). There were 3 bedrooms all with full/queen size beds in them and 1 futon. The beds were made but there was not an extra sheet or blanket for the futon. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was not working at all. I did see the cleaning crew and asked them about the sheets and she became very defensive and told me they are not allowed to leave extra. I also asked about a sponge and cleaner for the kitchen and was told it was there that she cleaned the house herself (it was not there but she did give me cleaner to wipe down the counters 😃). We had to use a bath washcl to hand was dishes. There was food left in the frig which we cleaned out ourselves. We were very disappointed with the lack of supplies in the kitchen (very minimal compared to other houses we have rented and other houses that family members had rented a few blocks away). We had traveled from Chicago to Pinehurst for a family reunion and to have our daughter Baptized so when family members did come over we had to barrow basic kitchen supplies(serving bowls, baking sheets, big serving spoons and sharp knives)from the houses they rented, very very inconvenient. No bar stools were there although they are in the photos. There is no gas BBQ grill like the pictures showed but rather a very small built-in grill that is in the wall in the back of the house. This again was a big inconvience due to family coming to have a cook out leaving us no choice but to go to a different family members rented home to host a cookout. We may concider renting this home again if basic improvements are made.

I was surprised....

Nice home. I had no problems operating the large projection screen TV or the flat screens in each room and the kitchen area. Point of clarification: All our guest were able to watch different things in each room using ROKU & Netflix. It’s only the cable channel that would be the same in each room. There is a washer & dryer and extra refrigerator with 1/2 bath. We will stay here again!

Spacious Home

We loved the open floor plan and the technology upgrades in the home. The beds were comfortable and it was located in a great area. The pool table was great for family time. We also took advantage of the good weather and used the gas grill. The only things we would have changed is for more care to be taken cleaning the showers and changing light bulbs in the home. Overall it is a great rental home.
