"Very clean! Thoughtful amenities. Super cute decor. Two small suggestions to make it perfect: The coffee pot doesn’t function correctly - made coffee but also made a mess. The primary bedroom window curtains aren’t quite big enough for the sliding door and are very sheer. They don’t allow for complete privacy and do not block the street light shining in at night. "

"Larry and his wife were absolutely amazing! My elderly dad was displaced from his home in Weeki Wachee due to electrical damage and I reside out of state. They went out of their way to personally greet him for me in my absence and we always willing to help and answer any questions. Their hospitality was superb! Would highly recommend. Property is beautiful and serene. "

" – Pirate Paradise on the River!We just checked out of Captain’s Quarters at Pirate’s Cove, and what an awesome trip! The hist was very kind and very responsive. It was me and my two sons (17 and 20), and we had an absolute blast. The location is perfect—right on the canal with kayaks ready to go. We hit the water every day and even had manatees come right up to the dock! Total bucket-list moment.The house itself is super fun and decked out in pirate and ship-themed decor—it really adds to the experience. The back patio was our go-to chill zone after a day of paddling (bug spray highly recommended in the evenings!).Pro tip for future guests: when you head out of the canal on your kayak, hang a left once you hit the river. That takes you upstream, where the water is crystal clear and there are lots of great spots to pull off and swim. If you go right, it's deeper and the water gets a bit murkier—more like the canal.Only thing we missed was having a second TV. There’s just one in the living room, so at night my sons would’ve loved being able to relax in their rooms with something to watch. But honestly, we were so worn out from the day's adventures, it didn’t ruin a thing.Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a fun, laid-back getaway on the water. We’d totally stay here again!"

"Drove down from Massachusetts, wasn't sure what time I'd get in, but didn't matter because check in was super easy and convenient! I am 6'5 and I still fit in the camper! The property was neat to check out, all the little touches that made it fun to explore. The cleanliness of the whole "campsite" was great, the temperature was great inside the camper amd honestly was perfect for my 2 noght stay!"

"So good, we locked our keys in the car and hosts were VERY understanding and let us hang around for a little while while we waited for the help to come :(( overall all super nice, great location and very clean and convenient for whoever’s want to stay!! We will be back "
