"If you want peace and quiet a bit of Paradise. Then this is the place for you! Bring some type of vehicle to haul The kayaks to the weeki wachee River. I hope you see manatees like I did! Rent bikes to cruise the neighborhood and the connector road to pine Island. Good night bike riding is great too! Bring headlamps.That sunsets are also fabulous, You can see them the next street over! I've stayed in similar cottages. This one gives the most for the value.Washer and dryer on site is a major Plus.They are yard games too. Located just outside of the city.You're really enjoy your stay, you and regret it!"

"Stayed here recently and honestly was really impressed with how clean everything was. I’m very picky when it comes to cleanliness, and this place definitely met my standards. Even the towels looked brand new, which says a lot. The room was a little small, but it was still very cozy and nice overall. The fridge worked perfectly, the bathtub was amazing, and I loved how easy the check-in process was. Not having to check in with anyone and simply using a code to unlock the door made everything so convenient and stress-free. My only complaint is that I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the kayaking. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely come back!"

"Our family stayed here for a wedding, and it truly exceeded expectations. The home offered plenty of space, with incredible views both day and night. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the game room downstairs was a huge hit.My cousins especially enjoyed kayaking every day, and the wildlife in the area made the experience even more memorable.The hosts were fantastic—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.If you’re visiting the area, this home is an absolute must."

"This house is in the perfect location on the main river. The house and kitchen are well appointed for any length of stay. We saw so many manatees, a river otter and a pair of dolphins. The weather was rainy one day and the screened porch was the ideal location to sit and relax while still enjoying the river view. Karen is a fantastic host. She was very responsive to my questions and so kind. We can’t wait to return!"

"The house worked very well for us. We wanted to just hang out on the beach or fish and you can you do both activities very easily. The beach is a short walk away and there is also a neat park for kids to play in near the beach. Very nice place to vacation. "

"It was perfect! Pine island is a gem and Tidewater Pearl is the crowning jewel of the island! Start the morning with a sunrise from the top balcony off the small bedroom and end the day with a short walk to the beach with a sunset. The attention to detail was on point, everything was thought of and available! Loved having kayaks and the screened in porch is perfect for resting after morning trips down the Weeki Wachee. We will definitely return and have already shared this listing with friends!"

"Loved this house, it was so beautiful and I saw a dolphin in the gulf from the top balcony when I arrived! There was plenty of deck room, walked in the water to the beach on the wonderful sand bar. The family snorkeled and looked at the Blue Crabs, Horseshoe Crabs, starfish, mullet, dolphins, and even a baby hammerhead shark. Everyone in the family played billards, we played some family games, and the TV had Amazon Prime for movies. The kitchen has great pots and pans and plenty of dishware, only regret is that I did not have more days."
