"What a great place! This is definitely an upscale VRBO, and they have thought of EVERYTHING. Seriously, just bring your clothes and your toothbrush and you’re good to go!One of our favorite things was sitting back and watching all the action on the water. If you like people-watching, you’ll love it here—kayakers galore going back and forth right in front of the house! Even better, the house comes with kayaks and paddleboards, and the kayak ramp makes getting in and out of the water so easy and safe. That was a huge plus!We also loved the griddle underneath the house—such a fun spot to cook, hang out, and enjoy being outside. The kitchen was stocked with just about every gadget you could possibly think of. The showers were wonderful, the sheets were AMAZING, and we slept great every night during our stay.You can tell a lot of thought went into making this place comfortable and easy to enjoy. We had such a good time and would absolutely stay here again. Great house, great location, and a really fun Weeki Wachee getaway!"

"The house was very cute and clean. The location was great. It was easy to put our boat in the water and explore the river and the gulf. The river was beautiful. We enjoyed kayaking and morning coffees on the dock swing watching the gorgeous nature all around."

"This was our second stay at Fin & Tonic and it’s easily our favorite place on the Weeki Wachee! The adorable home is always pristinely clean and has all the thoughtful “extras” you could need, with multiple SUP, kayaks, and the lily pad/mat being some of my favorites. The owner is very kind and responsive. We absolutely love staying here and can’t wait to return again!"

"Host is very prompt with communication. Don’t have to wait long for a reply. Everything is as advertised in the pictures. Couple things that were inconvenient was the few dead roaches in the house that we removed when we first got there and there was no lighter fluid or lighter to be found on the property for the fire pit. Had to go to the nearest store to purchase those items. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and it was awesome. We would definitely stay again."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Epic Weeki Wachee home. The location was very convenient and a great spot for enjoying everything the Weeki Wachee area has to offer. We especially liked being within easy walking distance of the Upper Deck.The home itself was comfortable and worked well for our stay. The outside could use a little TLC, but overall it was decent and we enjoyed the property. One thing to be aware of is that during heavy rain, the driveway can collect quite a bit of water and partially flood.Pine Island was also close by and was a great place to visit at the end of the day. We really enjoyed going to the beach there to watch the sunset — definitely worth the short drive.Overall, we had a good stay and really enjoyed the convenient location for exploring Weeki Wachee, kayaking, Rogers Park, and the surrounding area."

"We stayed here about 8 years ago and loved it. We tried to reserve it again a few times over the last few years, but it was always reserved. We finally got lucky and were able to reserve it for our Weeki Wachee vacation. It was just as we remembered it, maybe even a little nicer. The house had everything we needed and was perfectly appointed and equipped. I can't think of a thing we needed that we didn't have.We loved sitting on the elevated deck watching the canal as fish swam by, it was so relaxing. We paddled up the Weeki Wachee (best done during the week as the weekend can get pretty wild) and we paddled out to the Muddy River. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and will definitely try to rent The Tree House again."
