"They really shouldn’t be open at this point. The place needs a lot of work, including doors that close and lock properly. Having no reception (not disclosed) and having to learn from a handyman that I had to check in at the trees motel several blocks away was unacceptable. There were no towels or blankets in the room when I arrived back from my remote check-in, and the floor was covered with dirt and leaves, blown in because the door wouldn’t shut and was probably open all day before I got there. I had to explain to the handyman how to fix the strike plate. Seriously, they really should not have been open. "
