spotless clean great staff !!! best place to stay in bishop !
The staff was very friendly. The rooms have been renovated and are nice and clean. This is an older property and renovation can't change the bones. Walls are thin, I could hear people walking, talking and even snoring in the adjacent rooms. The windows are old and block no noise. People were coming and going till 3 am. The parking lot is tiny. Over all would not recommend.
Nice cozy cute uniquely appointed room and surrounding grounds. AC could have been quieter and could hear cars passing thru highway 168 constantly, but otherwise nice.
A very nice older property well maintained friendly staff ride the heart of bishop easy to find a very enjoyable stay would stay again the management and the staff were excellent answered all my questions I made my stay quite enjoyable. Thank you.
Bed wise would have been great if larger than double because it wasn't big enough for me and my husband otherwise it was comfy and clean. Try to bring some kind of spray though as there is tiny spider crawling around and gladly we brought one so we sprayed around the room and around the bed other than that we slept well the whole time with no disturbance at all.
We staying here for 3 nights over the long weekend. Really convenient location. They accept dogs and have a kitchenette which was perfect for our needs.
This is an older but pretty well maintained property. It was a really good value for money I thought compared to some of the larger properties in town. Clean and cozy room with everything I needed. Check-in was fast and friendly. Will stay here again!
Clean, tidy and comfortable. Perfect for an overnight before hitting the trails.

Room was clean and spacious. Loved the kitchenette! Great location, away from the busy 395, but close enough to shops and restaurants.
Very affordable, nice folks running the place.
Quirky little place to stop in bishop. The staff is very polite and even though the place is dated and funky, it’s clean and comfortable. Easy walk into town with a great little outside area complete with a ping pong table and BBQ for the very inclined. Would stay here again.
Made a very last minute reservation, arrived late, and woke up staff to check us in. Despite this the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was surprisingly well appointed. Great value.
Honestly from the outside wasn’t expecting much but the rooms were cute and cozy , it was enough for my in-laws and our little one (5 of us) . We got the room with 3 beds . Love the cabin-cottage feel of it. Everything worked, it was clean, bed was comfy and had a microwave and fridge ! Can’t wait to be back in the area staying here again . 10/10
