"The staff is amazing; they are warm, kind, and extremely helpful. I'm definitely coming back. This hotel is in the best spot for food and temples. The local shops are amazing, and the restaurants around town are to die for. And the weekend markets are awesome. I will truly miss them. Hands down the best place to stay."

"This was the first leg of our Thailand trip and this place really left a great impression, they were the bar of comparison to other hotels we stayed at-and frankly no one beat them. The staff is incredible, easily the best hospitality for the whole trip. The team is wonderful and made our trip to Chiang Mai memorable-we will definitely be coming back!"

"Beautiful, serene property within the old city. The location is very quiet and has a zen-like feel to it. Staff is very polite, but unintrusive. Breakfast is delicious and served in their elegant restaurant overlooking a beautiful courtyard. They even offered a one-time only airport pick-up or drop-off. Will definitely stay there if I'm ever in Chiang Mai again."
Pastell Oldtown Chiang Mai

"Room was clean but the drains smelt very bad! The hotel did deal with this when mentioned but the smell often came back. Shower curtains in the bathroom weren’t great for keeping the bathroom dry or feeling clean. We didn’t use the laundry service but it was reasonably priced. Breakfast service was quick and very nice."
