The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible. ​Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. Location-wise, it’s ideal—we easily drove to Assos and Fiskardo in around 40 minutes. The drive from the airport is straightforward, but a hire car is essential for exploring. "Astir was literally across the street from the ocean. I did not have a full ocean view from my room, but I could see it from my balcony on the side of the building. It was a single room, so the bathroom was small, but the bed was comfortable. It was a lovely room for the price. The staff were very nice and friendly. There was a bar open in the afternoon/evening with a wonderful view of the ocean. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I would stay here again. "

Nestled in one of the most beautiful spots in Kefalonia, the hotel offers stunning sea views, peaceful surroundings, and the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. Waking up every morning in such a beautiful setting was truly unforgettable. What made our stay even more special was the incredible staff. Every member of the team was genuinely warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. A very special thank you goes to the General Manager, Maria. She is an outstanding professional whose passion, kindness, and dedication are evident in every aspect of the guest experience. Maria went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect, making us feel not just like guests, but truly valued. She is a real asset to this wonderful hotel. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The selection was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality products, delicious local specialties, and something for every taste. Enjoying breakfast while overlooking the beautiful sea was the perfect way to start each day. The hotel itself is immaculate, beautifully designed, and perfectly integrated into its natural surroundings."
