"No one at front desk—a man arrived but did not speak English; we thought he was a guest but he called someone on his cell phone and handed it to me—a woman spoke with me briefly and then the man showed us to our room. Old refrigerator; door did not close, freezer was full of frost. Very few patrons; good because cheap hollow core doors shut very loudly and marble floors very noisy. We could hear two people arguing on higher floor. 3 min walk to nice beach with an attendant bringing drinks. ...

"Property does not have an owner on site, owner does not take calls or return messages. Took my money and did not ever show up to provide the room. I wasted 6 hours waiting and had to find another hotel. Never got the money refunded. Travelocity was no help. Nobody in the town had ever heard of the owner Total ripoff. Total fraud."
