Probably situated in the best position in Fiscardo - peaceful but very close to bars and restaurants. Owner and staff very pleasant and helpful. Would be very happy to stay there again. Only slight negative is no pool but beaches nearby. Owner told us that he now has permission to provide parking spaces for apartments

Great location in Fiscardo Harbor

Balhambra Suites is located in a great location near the harbor, Tavernas,stores and shopping, The hotel is older but well maintained, Most rooms are on the second floor with no elevator, There are no screens on the windows or balcony doors. However the cost of the room and location makes up for a few minor negatives.

Hochwertige Appartements direkt im Zentrum

Sehr schöne Appartments im Zentrum von Fiskardo. Sauber, grosszügig und mit hochwertigem Interieur. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bäckerei und Taxistand in unmittelbarer Nähe. In 5 Minuten ist ein kleiner Strand erreichbar. Perfekt für einen kurzen oder allenfalls auch längeren Aufenthalt am bzw. im Meer.

Magical stay in Fiskardo

We really enjoyed our stay at Balhambra Suites. The room is beautifully decorated and very clean. The position is ideal in the middleof Fiskardo but also very quiet, we did not get woken up once! There is a supermarket in front of the yard, bakery and pharmacy nearby and all restaurants are on your doorstep. Parking was easy to find and free. Would stay there again.

Excepcional!! Hotel super bem localizado, dentro da marina de Fiskardo, a menos de 1 minuto de excelentes restaurantes! Destaque positivo para o Angelo, que foi extremamente solicito e cordial. Quarto amplo e bonito, que possui frigobar e até mesmo uma pequena cozinha. Adoramos tudo! Só o wi-fi que é bem lento, mas acreditamos que é assim em toda ilha dê Kefalonia.

Really lovely apartment/hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Kitchenette with everything you need to prepare a meal or breakfast.Comfortable bed and plenty of storage space for clothing. Really helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again. Only one small thing, the website says that toiletries and slippers are provided. There were no slippers and only a tiny bar of soap and a small bottle of shower gel. No shampoo, conditioner or shower cap. All of which I left out due to airline weight restrictions. However, there are plenty of places nearby to buy these when you arrive.

Fabulous property in Fiskardo

Fabulous property in the heart of Fiskardo. Positives: (1) location (close to all amenities, dining and shopping); (2) service (owner attentive across the board (even assisted with luggage to Ferry) and hassle free check in and check out); (3) vibe (laid back and relaxed, much like Fiskardo and the whole of Kefalonia; (4) comfort and cleanliness. All in all, a fabulous boutique hotel experience. Highly recommend.

The most civilized accommodation in Greece!

Stayed there before and will stay there again. Location is perfect, 100m to the harbour and tavernas but set in a quiet courtyard.

High value for money

Me and my wife stayed at Balhambra Suites for 1 week and we really liked this hotel. It was a really nice, clean and a room that was well equipped. The owner Angelo, with staff, were really service minded and always really friendly. They carried our bags, from the parking, helped out when we wanted info about Fiskardo and came up with breakfast, to our room, when we were leaving the hotel very early the last morning. The breakfast was really good and fresh! We really recommend this hotel to stay when you visit Fiskardo. It is in the heart of the harbor and close to everything.

Nice view. Comfortable bed and big relaxing room. We enjoyed the company of the woman that makes the breakfast (full of joy, positive person with generous smile and makes wonderful cakes). The only disadvantages is the high price and the cleaning of the room (small details that we noticed).

Un excellent séjour au cœur de Fiscardo

Très beau bâtiment avec des qualités de finition assez rares en Grèce. Chambre très spacieuse et confortable. Très bonne literie. Hôtel très calme pour des nuits et des siestes reposantes. Service irréprochable et Lily qui s'occupe des petits déjeuners est très sympathique. Notre chambre, comme indiqué, n'avait pas de vue sur le port mais sur une petite place très agréable. Situé au cœur de Fiskardo, parfait ! Nous avons eu des échanges intéressants avec le propriétaire des lieux qui parle parfaitement anglais.

excellent location.

The port is a few steps away with plenty of shops,bars and restaurants. The restaurants were great and all our meals were excellent. Out room was clean and tidy with great partial views of the port. The grounds in the centre were very interesting with the huge olive tree root and a wonderful Koi carp pond. Included in it is a giant frog! There are also plenty of artefacts dotted around to add interest. Lovely location! Plenty of choice of food for breakfast assisted by the lovely Lilly! Antonio the owner was very welcoming and always on hand to answer any queries and suggest trips or restaurants. Fiskardo is a lovely place. You can go to one of the beaches or just sit in a bar or cafe on the front and people watch or admire the variety of sailing ships or super yachts moored there and out in the port. If you have a hire car a trip to the large beach at Antisamos is worth a visit with free parking and free sun beds . There are also plenty of bars and restaurants there. We would thoroughly recommend this location. We had a very relaxing holiday.

Boa opção bem na marina de Fiskardo

O hotel é novíssimo, tudo muito bonito e bem decorado, com móveis de design e altíssima qualidade. Os partamentos tem mini cozinha. O café da manhã é simples, mas a senhora que cuida do café é muito gentil. Ela preparou omeletes deliciosos e foi muito atenciosa.

Fiskardo gioiellino di Cefalonia

Ottima esperienza al Balhambra suites, l'appartamento grande e arredato con gusto. Pulizia ottima. Colazione buona, servita dalla gentilissima e canterina "Maria Callas"!! L'unica pecca le vespe sul terrazzo, ma sono una presenza costante su tutta l'isola. Fiskardo e' la località più bella dell'isola, dal Balhambra si può accedere comodamente sia ai ristoranti sia ai negozi a piedi. A pochi passi è raggiungibile anche la spiaggietta di Fiskardo.

En route to Lefkas.

Overnight stay before catching Lefkas ferry (out and return) . Quite seclusion just what was needed after a day's travelling but with easy access to all of Fiskardo's waterside eating. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Will return next year

I booked fairly last minute but was rewarded with a wonderful room that had a small balcony with a partial view of the harbour. (room 103). air-conditioning and very clean. staff very laid back and nothing too much trouble. hint: park in the main car park set back from the harbour and wander down on foot to get bearings otherwise you may drive in circles. lovely quiet private apartments.
