"Amazing hotel and staff! Everything was lovely: the breakfast at Toscana, the two gentleman at the Unique pool, the pools are amazing! There were a few staff that acted like they didn't want to be there, however everyone else was amazing and made up for those members of staff. I will definitely be returning here!"
"Very hospitable staff who go the extra mile - had an issue with aircon and a maintenance guy came over as soon as possible. They then provided me with a temporary unit as the system took a while to regulate the room temp. Breakfast was very impressive too and my request for a quiet room was granted. I like superior rooms as it was more like an apartment so could cook there too if I wanted to and the hotel was very centrally located. Please thank your lovely staff "
"Drink service was very poor.the cleaner spat in the pool.a customer was shouted at for dropping a glass.there was no entertainment.the food was poor quality at dinner,like school dinners.the breakfast wasn't worth waking up for.there was absolutely zero atmosphere,like nobody was enjoying themselves."

"In total there were 15 of us staying in various locations. My stay in Gloria Palace was excellent , staff were most friendly, cleanliness was perfect, rooms all have sea views & are most spacious.
I had only one complaint, my main course meal,which was duck, was inedible. I was unable to eat it as it was tough. I told my waitress but nothing was done ! So I again mentioned at reception & was told by the gentleman that he would ask his boss. When I was checking out I again asked & was told that nothing could be done!!! Such a pity that it wasnt dealt with correctly. "

"The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the food. The property is a lovely art deco style building that needs some updating but the rooms are spacious and the views of the port are great.
The third time we have stayed here, the buffet breakfast is great with a nice selection and the food in the bar is great too.
Staff are always so friendly and accommodating.
Close to bus connections, easy walk to Triana where there is a great selection of shops and restaurants.
Kids love the pool on the roof terrace although it was a bit windy during our stay so we didn’t spend too much time there.
