Your mountain getaway on 30 pristine acres! Beautiful home with hottub, stream.
10/10 Excellent
"This is the third time we’ve stayed at one of Kyle’s cabins. We truly enjoy the acreage, seclusion and sense of getting away from everything, yet still being fairly close to civilization. We spent three days here. When we booked it, we planned to hike some of the trails on the property, but alas it snowed (early May - welcome to springtime in Colorado). We simply adjusted our plans and still thoroughly enjoyed the cabin, the fireplace, the grill and the hot tub. It’s difficult to beat sitting in a hot tub in the snow. Communication with Kyle was great. He sent a message to ensure we got checked in okay. He messaged to offer to plow the drive if we needed to go out. We were enjoying ourselves so much, we simply stayed put. Had a wonderful stay and definitely plan to stay at one of Kyle’s cabins again."
"We stayed here for a week and loved it so much, it was hard to leave!! Looks even better than the pictures. Beautiful views, very quiet, calm and peaceful atmosphere. 10/10 recommend if you are looking for a place to relax and rewind in the mountains."
Forest cabin on 4 acres, Newly renovated, Quiet and secluded.
10/10 Excellent
"Absolutely stunning setting, with mule deer visiting and calm, peaceful surroundings. Spacious living area, with a large kitchen and plenty of supplies for cooking at “ home”.Probably my only complaint was the top loading washer, as I have rather short arms so reaching the bottom was somewhat difficult ( I prefer front loading for this reason) Be prepared for a bit of a drive to local towns, but nothing more than 15 minutes or so…but did lose gps connection for a few minutes ( if you’re directionally challenged, download the directions in advance) The description says parking for 9 or 10 cars, but it probably would actually work for 4-5but not much more.."
"Carla is fabulous. My wife and I connected with her several times, including in advance of booking to see if the cabin was suitable for our Milky Way viewing adventure that required our setting up at at a clearing two miles from the cabin at 4 a.m. She filled us in on the lions and bear situation and details of access. We encountered a flash blizzard on the way to Florissant killing our hiking plans, so she gratuitously let us in early. The cabin was comfortable and my wife really enjoyed the contemporary pellet stove fireplace. Although it was 70 when we arrived in Denver, it was 0 at 4:30 AM when we filmed the Milky Way, so being able to fire up the stove in a few minutes after we returned at 5 AM was really blissful. We slept in the bigger bed, which was quite comfy. We made breakfast in the kitchen every morning. It felt like we were living the idyll. "

"Everything was great we had everything that was needed! The scenery was incredible! The down side is it’s far away from everything and it’s quite the drive. But if looking for a place to stay and enjoy then this is it!! "
