Arriving in Tremezzina was like landing in Paradise and Hotel La Darsena was just the icing on the cake. I booked not having any real idea where to stay in Como and we could not have been happier. This adorable little boutique hotel has the most magnificent view from it's restaurant terrace and this was the main reason I booked. While a little tricky to get to this spot is a beautiful, secluded retreat, however you have all the creature comforts with amazing food, at very reasonable cost, & wonderfully appointed rooms & facilities

Love everything about the Villa Reverie Boutique Hotel, from the accommodations, the lake view, the food and especially the people. Loved the Tuktuk ride to there sister restaurant, which was excellent.

This is a great little family run Hotel. It is situated right on Lake Como & the lake view rooms have stunning views. The ferry stop is right across the road. The people who run & work at this hotel went out of their way to help us, answer our questions & make us feel welcome. This boutique hotel was in walking distance from the town. Room was clean and spacious. We only stayed one night and had breakfast included. We had dinner in the restaurant which was lovely. There was parking at the hotel which made it easy.

Home from home away atmosphere and the friendly demeanour of the family running the business made us feel comfortable and helped us with a few tricky issues we encountered. The food and service was also excellent.. We would highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in a small community atmosphere but only 5 km from Como.

The reception staff were very helpful with activities, local eating places and scenic routes to my next destination. The breakfast buffet had everything. Really nice.

It was a lovely hotel, stunning views and great customer service but the food portions were wayyyyyy too small like I went back to my room and had to eat chips as I was still starved. I’ll be back for sure though!

I would definitely recommend this local stay to anyone visiting Como. A very generous and friendly owner presented his hotel room in the most beautiful interior decor and cleanliness. Explained all I need for Como and how to enjoy it. I don’t want to leave. It’s just too beautiful in this room and the city!

Fantastic views of lake. Spacious lovely rooms. Excellent friendly, super helpful customer service . Parking on site. Own Car or rental highly recommended . Lots of restaurants only a short drive away. Great breakfast with amazing views of lake.
