"The manager of this property is very professional, on time, and over the top helpful! The location is an easy walk to either rail station an right next to Pier 2. 7-11 is right on the corner (My friends in the States laugh when I go on about how great 7-11 is in Taiwan :) This will be my go-to spot to stay when in Taiwan!"

"This hotel was amazing! The staff are so friendly and attentive. The artwork throughout the hotel is gorgeous and provides such a nice atmosphere. The little touches like free popcorn in the lounge room in the afternoon/evening, the games room, and free laundry powder for the washing machines etc are great extra touches. In a great location near Pier 2 too. If we come back to Kaohsiung, we will stay here again for sure. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We were sad to leave. "

"My stay at the Brio Hotel was really good and felt luxurious. The room was thoughtfully furnished and very quiet and clean. The mini bar in the room had soft drinks and water that were free of charge and restocked daily. The shower had good water pressure and was spacious. The breakfast was really good and you had a great view while enjoying the meal. The hotel is also located near the Red and Orange MRT lines so you can move around with the public transport conveniently. A Night Market is also...

"The room is acceptable for the price, surrounsing area is close (15min walk) to "love river" and "hamasen". The location isnt very touristy, but the close proximity to food and other locations are great addition."

"Very very cute place!! I loved the paintings throughout the reception and room!! The free coffee and popcorn at reception was cool, as well as the room snacks & sodas too. And free laundry was a plus as well!! (Using the drying machine does have a small charge though of $50) The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Only downside is that it is a bit of a walk (6-7mins) from Cianjin station, so can be a bit of a hassle with large luggage (in the grand scheme of things this is fine...

Family room was spacious - 2 super comfortable double beds with western blankets/duvet separated by a curtain. 2 large smart TV’a where you could easily connect your Netflix or other accounts.
