"We stayed here half board. Its in a more quiet part of the coast small shopping centre nearby. My brother is disabled and staff were very helpful and kind. Pool has a hoist and the lifeguards were very very kind and helpful. The staff in the restaurant also keen to help with allergies. The entertainment in the evenings was good. "In many ways a unique hotel with its over-the-water aspect, terraces and gangway down into the sea. While the usual melee for the buffet breakfast is best avoided its service runs to 10am with endless coffee. Definitely an improvement on previous stays with the room refurbs. "I liked the fact that the property was very close to lots of different amenities. On Friday and Saturday nights it was very noisy, doors banging, people shouting, running up and down the corridor. It was very scary, this went on into the early hours of the morning. This place needs at least 2 security persons at the weekend. "

Large pool area but not at all clean. Nice setting in the hills and only a 10 min drive to Los Christianos. Without a car you would be very isolated. "

"We had a great stay at the palm beach. Entertainment at the pool or in the evening each day we stayed which was a great bonus. Lots of amenities at the hotel area too, 2 mins to the strip and the cafe type shop that makes toasties/baguettes just outside the hotel was amazing!!"

"Its basic and a decent option for the price. We did not have issues finding sunbeds or anything like that. Very few rowdy people either and the pool is big. Aircon needs to be rented Same with towels(u get money back) The biggest con is the hotel is old and in need of an upgrade. But if u are comfortable with something simple and a bit dated(but clean and nice personel) this is a good option "
