"The service in this hotel was amazing - they anticipated our needs at every step. They remembered our drink orders from day to day, the laundry was very fast, etc. Sebastian was especially helpful.
The rooms and balconies are spacious (although they could use a bit of new paint on some walls and pictures to warm up the room). Every room has a view of the mountains. We loved the spa and would highly recommend it.
The only downside was that it was very difficult to get ahold of them by email...

Llegué al hotel a regístrame y una de las dos habitaciones que había reservado la revendieron a otro cliente; es decir me querían dejar sin hospedaje a pesar que ya lo había pagado anticipadamente. Al final nos dieron una habitación pequeña con una sola cama y eran 3 los huéspedes
