Everything was awesome, top ten but we order room service and the burgers and the chicken curry were amazing, but the carrot cake and the velvet cake were 000 not good sadly subpar. The people were so kind and helpful and the location is top ten. The breakfast is super good and plenty for anyone and a good representation of the area.

Excellent Stay

This was a very nice stay at a beautiful hotel. Everything was great. A very large and clean room and bathroom. The staff were exceptional. It's in a great area and very quiet at night for some good rest. Thank you to all of the staff for being exceptional hosts. I look forward to staying there again.

I must admit; everything was perfect. The rooms were immaculately cleaned everyday. The bed was made flawlessly; never a wrinkle! I sincerely LOVED the complimentary breakfast...all kinds of options. The Dann Carlton is without doubt the best hotel in Bucaramanga. I've been staying there with my family in every trip for over 20 years and it never disappoints. The facilities are beautiful, the staff and service are great, the food, especially the breakfast by the pool is delicious. Additionally, the area where the hotel is located is very walkable and safe, surrounded by great restaurants, medical services, and shopping.

It was my birthday and they gave me a great room and sent me a nice cake to the room. The breakfast has a lot of delicious options. The spa has a sauna and a jacuzzi and a swimming pool with amazing views of the city. It also has a steam room.
