Nice hotel for this part of the city

This is a nice hotel for the location. I would not say it is in the best part of town and there is street noise but facilities overall are good. We stayed in two different occasions (family of 4); the first time the room was spacious, the second one it was not as good. Breakfast was included and it was good. The hotel had free parking which was a big plus for us. Overall nice hotel.

Pros: The hotel was great, front desk and the rest of the staff were super friendly, the rooms are very well kept, the bathrooms were nice and the water pressure in the shower i enjoyed. I always felt safe in this hotel. And whenever i left the hotel and came back the room was cleaned and new sheets were made. Negs: there wasnt alot of options for morning breakfast, and its very easy to hear lots of things outside your room. But overall very very great service and will recommend. 10/10

Good spot, would stay again šŸ‘

I was not intending to spend as many nights in Bucaramanga as I did, but my car & mechanic had other ideas! There are a lot of things within walking distance of the hotel, thereā€™s a 3 story mall where I was able to find some inexpensive cigars to enjoy by the rooftop pool along with a very reasonably priced cafe americano from the same mall & both on the first floor. I walked most places, took Uber when it was either too hot or raining, but I walked to & from an acupuncturist, a massage spot where for $50,000cop I was able to get an hour long, very detailed, foot & hand massage. The hotel itself is nice, air conditioning worked well in my room, I was able to connect my laptop to the TV with an HDMI cord I travel with, the hot water & water pressure in the shower were great amenities I didnā€™t anticipate. The not so great: the design of the hotel is such that the 1st floor parking garage has openings above it that run all the way up to the 5th floor along some of the rooms, so when someone toots their horn, started their car, slammed a car door, talked loudly, etc, it was heard. Sometimes it was early in the morning, but for the most part it wasnā€™t that big of a deal, usually the sun was already up šŸ˜‚ The rooftop pool is small, the steam room is a ā€œby request onlyā€ situation & the handle is metal, so do with that what you will. The restaurant is pretty good, the complimentary eggs to order were tasty w/cilantro, salt & pepper added. The staff was consistently polite.

The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. The hotel needs renovating but they are trying really hard with what they have. The mattress was like cement, I had a reservation for 4 nights, I left after the first.
