"If you’re planning to escape the city’s chaos, this is the perfect place to do it. Waking up to the soothing sounds of birdsong and the gentle cascading of a waterfall is an incredible experience. The staff, including Eric and Carla, are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The only inconvenience is that it’s located far from everything and everyone. "This tranquil hotel is a highlight of our trip. Such a peaceful place. Nice rooms, great beds, entertainment room, full kitchen for guest use and a delicious breakfast is available. Highly recommended and not far from SJO airport. The staff was very helpful and so nice!"

"The hotel is showing its age. They keep it clean and the staff is as warm and welcoming as always. We had to upgrade to a condo at the tower and it is not as well maintained as the hotel. The quality of the service at the restaurant is good and relatively fast. The cuisine is simple but delicious. "
