"Beautiful setting high above the city and the crowds, right next to the cable car with a return trip to the town centre. The rooms were spacious and had a shower [finally] to die for - great pressure; loads of hot water and spacious! The attached restaurant was busy with people coming up on the cable car to have lunch, afternoon tea or to wander around the Botanical Gardens, the Tropical gardens or the wicker basket luge close by. The staff were wonderful, helpful, friendly and always available."

"The breakfast was fabulas with every type of foods, fresh fruits and different breads. Staff were lovely and friendly. Though there was no vegan milk out when I asked for it the lady on breakfast staff quickly produce it. Room was lovely with a balcany and beautiful toiletries."
