Private: natural state property 1'000 m2, garden (not fenced). In the house: air conditioning. Motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop "Pianottuli è Caldareddu-Casa Cum" 4.8 km, sandy beach "Plage de Chevano" 300 m. Sports harbour 5 km, golf course (18 hole) 28 km, walking paths from the house 100 m.
