Our family visit

The place is beautiful. The rooms are very grand, the pool area is great and the views breathtaking. The staff were lovely. They took care of all our needs. I took my family of 8 to Phuket for two weeks and we all loved it. The only draw back is that to get to the road there is a steep climb. However,whenever Bier was around, he would take us up to the top in his truck. Otherwise I would highly recommend this holiday villa.

Fantastic house!

We absolutely loved our stay in Phuket. We were 2 families of 9 people in total and the house was perfect. Great location and easy access to Patong. Our host, Laurence, was very helpful and always responded very promptly to our requests and the Thai staff who looked after us were just gorgeous - cooked breakfast every morning and very helpful organising things like laundry and transport. The house itself was lovely and the views even better than the photos. The pool was great, but had no hand rails and would be a bit difficult to get in and out of if you had mobility issues, but that wasn’t a problem for us (and we all spent a lot of time in the pool!). The bedrooms were all spacious and the bathrooms kept very clean. Couldn’t recommend this property highly enough!

Relaxing and very customer service oriented

The location was excellent to get in and out of the tourist areas. The staff was extremely accommodating as well as informative. Made it quite easier to be able to speak Thai fluently and enjoy building personal relationships with the friendly crew to include the drivers! Accommodations are first class and very clean. Awesome and relaxing experience overall. We will return!

The Best Villa in Patong!

We have stayed in this villa 3 years in the row. We have tried other places before and this villa is the best! The reason being – exceptional service, great price, convenient location, most beautiful view and amazing villa overall. Every booking that we’ve done went smooth with no problem. The staff is absolutely amazing, very friendly and at your service any time you need them. They arrange for a driver to come and pick you up at the airport. They also have a driver in at the villa if you need to go to the city, grocery store or a beach. The pool area is very big and you must spend beautiful evenings there. All beds at the villa are clean and comfortable. Put some music, party around pool area. They have barbeque that you can use, we had nice seafood diner a few times. We definitely recommend this villa for families or friends gathering. We are planning to come back next year and this is the best place in Patong. Thank you very much for such nice hospitality!

Très belle maison bien située dominant patong. Les photos sont représentatives de la maison, le personnel est adorable et très discret. La location de véhicule est indispensable afin de pouvoir profiter des environs. La plage de patong n'est vraiment pas un lieu de paradisiaque, la plage de KATA est elle superbe. Encore merci aux propriétaires qui nous ont permis de passer de bonnes vacances et qui ont été dispo a nos questions avant le départ.

"Nous avons passé de supe...

"Nous avons passé de superbes vacances en octobre 2012 (6 personnes), la villa est très belle, spacieuse, calme, reposante, énergisante et la décoration est sublime, tout est typique de la Thaïlande avec la modernité et le confort en plus. Le personnel de maison est très discret et ils peuvent cuisinier tout style de nourriture(francais, thaï, japonais etc...) ils sont disponibles et souriants (même si vous les réveiller en pleine nuit! lol... De plus, l''entretien est fait régulièrement: serviettes, nettoyage, vaisselle, rien ne manque. Aussi, ils nous ont aidé pour la traduction et la réservation de certaines activités, et ce toujours avec le sourire!!! nous y retournerions, ne serait ce que pour apprendre à les connaître mieux! La villa possède une superbe vue sur la baie de Patong Beach et on y est au calme. La piscine est agréable, et propre (entretien 2 à 3 fois par semaine, attention toutefois, le beau carrelage du bord est très glissant une fois mouillé!) L''emplacement de la villa (et les pentes assez raides) font qu''il vous faudra surement louer un véhicule (voiture ou 4x4, proscrivez les scooter qui n''auront pas ou peu d''utilité) et pour la plage vous aurez aussi besoin d''un véhicule, celle-ci se trouve bien à 30m à vol d''oiseau mais vous serez obligé de prendre la voiture car l''accès est bloqué par l’hôtel Amari Coral Beach Resort. Rassurez vous, vous préférerez surement la piscine (en ce qui nous concerne la piscine était plus agréable avec ces parasols, ces transats, et les cocktails du chef!) Le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment surprenant pour cette villa, comparé à d''autres locations moins bien situés, avec moins d''espaces, moins de confort et/ou plus chers!!! Chapeau Mr le propriétaire! Bref, si vous voulez passez de bonnes vacances et avoir d''inoubliables souvenirs, alors pour cette location qui est une valeur sure de Phuket, réservez au plus vite!!! (Impossible d''être déçu... à moins d''être fou!)"
