"Pools were good , bartender at lazy river was amazing. Overall property needs a little TLC but is in good shape . Wonderful if you have a family to visit here , for a romantic trip it’s ok also but only 1 onsite restaurant and the pool is great but I’m the kind of person who like to visit 1 maybe 2 times that’s it so I can only say if I was here with my kids ( old now ) it would have been great! As for wife and me for romance , was food for 2 pool days . Rooms great all good overall . "

"I arrived at around 4 PM and checked in, and within two hours, the entire building had been cleared because of a carbon monoxide leak in which three people were hospitalized. It took another 90 minutes or so of waiting outside to be told that the building was going to be closed down for the night, and then be escorted upstairs by the fire department to retrieve my bags. I did not get any explanation for why this occurred, but I don’t think I am going to be staying at another hotel across this company’s various brands if the conditions to allow something like this to occur are allowed to happen at one of their properties."

"Do not rent this place. Old, not in great condition, dirty looking, people live there and not stay and go. It’s not worth the money."

"When the reservation was made, the request was two beds in the room. But during the arrival, a king bed and sofa was made available. I kept asking but my request was ignored. A towel rack was broken and pieces were left on the floor. No dishes/utensils or towels were in the room."

"This place is so gross. Walking into the lobby weed smell. Rooms smell horrible even tho its a "non smoking room". It still smell like an ashtray and like mold, everything was dirty and old looking. Loud people outside with the "security" guy. Beds.... One was hard as a rock, the other one sank to the floor. Don't be fooled with the nice pics of this nasty place. I'm so grossed out. When I checked out.. they didn't bother to ask how was my stay. I'm sure they knew. This place needs to be closed down."
