"The hotel staff is beyond the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever encountered while traveling extensively. From the hotel manager, reception desk, the restaurant, and the housekeeping staff, everyone was incredible. We had a room facing the water, so it was incredible to look out the windows and clearly see the water and beach. The room was not noisy at all. Breakfast had lots of options and we ate dinner in the hotel almost every night. We already booked this hotel for next year for...

Room wasn't properly cleaned and the amenities not replenished. We returned to our room after 10pm on Saturday to a room smelling of damp. The dstv didn't work properly in both rooms. We reported it. It remained unresolved until we checked out. So the quality of the hotel service doesn't match the star rating which is unfortunate. "

The hotel surrounding, the dirty corridors, the struggle to get towels, the electricity going off bcos of malfunctioning plugs, the noise when we were sleeping at night, the cockroaches in the room, the airconditioning system that's not working properly, the list is endless.
