Great stay at a beautiful home!

We had such a wonderful time during our stay. The home was beautiful, plenty of space, enough bathrooms for everyone (which often is a problem when sharing space with multiple families) and lots of fun activities to keep everyone occupied! Would definitely stay again.

Family thanksgiving

We all gathered from 3 different states over Thanksgiving. We LOVED the place! Weather was great, pool stayed heated, Dawn was so helpful! We haven't stopped talking about it! We would definitely stay again!

Great place for kids

We stayed at this property during Christmas, and we had the most amazing time! The pool was already heated when we got there, the house was very clean, lots of extra amenities like toys for the pool, board games, towels, linens. The weather was perfect when we went so we were outside of the majority of the time and didn't leave the house very much because all of the kids were having so much fun.

Incredible Stay

The place is a lot bigger than it seems in the photos, that's the first thing I recognized. It's also stocked with everything you could possibly need or think of. No complaints, super clean, just perfect.

This house is exactly as billed and maybe even better. The backyard was amazing and enjoyed by everyone there ages 12-75. Clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen-hard to find a complaint! It is about 25 minutes to grocery so plan ahead!

Family/friends vacation

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property. The house was very clean upon arrival. It was well stocked! The backyard was enjoyed by all. Diana the property manager was wonderful briefing us on check in. The only suggestion is the stools at the bar in the kitchen were too short and not comfortable.

Tons of Fun!

I live here in the valley and had a group of guys coming into town on a golf trip. We rented for a couple nights and it was a perfect spot to hit Fountain Hills one day and North Scottsdale the second... The backyard and house are even better in person. Photo renderings just don't do it justice. All the toys you need for the backyard are there. It may be a 1.5 mile of dirt road way up there, but its only 10-15 minutes away from a couple places for food/drinks. Just a great spot to entertain friends. Many of us have young children, would be a great spot for the kids to run around too. Highly recommended

Amazing secluded getaway for our guys weekend!

As a group of college friends, we have been very intentional about staying close after graduation. One of the main ways we have accomplished this is by once a year renting a property and enjoying a long weekend away. We always seek out a high-end rental property that offers a unique setting for our gatherings, and I can tell you that this property did not disappoint! This home is loaded with about everything you could ever want to do (we only left the property one time in 4 days and that was to go test our luck at the casino). We had no trouble sleeping our group of 11 men comfortably during our stay. Both the kitchen and the outdoor grill/patio area were ample for cooking and enjoying our meals as a group. The property itself is secluded and provides some amazing views for you to enjoy. The owners are fantastic to work with and made sure our stay was enjoyable. If you are looking for a great retreat that is packed with onsite activities, this is your place!

Perfect family getaway!!

My husband and I and our 3 kids, (youngest being 2) rented this home for a wedding we attended in Scottdale. This home was even better looking in person. Upon arrival, the home smelled fresh and clean. It quickly became very clear, the cleaning company does a VERY thorough job cleaning this home. All the bedding and linens smelled and looked fresh and clean. The house had everything you could need and then some! Life Jackets, pool toys, first aid kits, plenty of towels. The home is a little remote, but we loved that, no city noise at all! The arcade games were a hit with all my kids. All of the beds were super comfortable. The owners were SO pleasent and accomidating and it was more than obvious they have thought of everything to make you feel right at home. I could not have asked for a better rental! We'll be coming back for sure! Thank you Karen and Rachel for providing us such a wonderful property to spend with our family. We were so sad to leave!

This is an incredible property with amazing features and decor. I highly recommend it!

This property is absolutely amazing. The pictures don't do it justice. We spent the week there with our kids and our grandkids ages 10, 10, almost 12 and almost 13. As soon as we walked in the kids hit to ground running. They played basketball, golf, ping pong, bowling, corn hole and life size connect four before they would help us unload the cars. The kitchen was perfect for us as we love to cook together and planned to eat all dinners in. It was well stocked with plates, pots and pans, trays, serving pieces, grill accessories and so much more. There were also more than enough linens and towels including pool towels.There was an extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage.The bedrooms were spacious and really comfortable. The fifth bedroom had three sets of bunk beds which made our grandkids very happy because they were all able to sleep together. Karen, the property manager, was so responsive to our calls and questions often getting back to me in less than an hour. We chose to vacation in Arizona to attend some spring training games. The house is about 55 minutes to the stadium in Peoria but we would definitely rent this property again during a spring training vacation.

Overall, property was great

This property was chosen for our Family Christmas Trip due to the on-site entertainment and activities as my goal was to spend time together. The house is 45 minutes outside of Scottsdale so make sure you plan for that. I also had seen another renter say that Uber’s were scarce and expensive when found so we went ahead and rented 3 medium size vehicles so that we could be flexible with all of us if needed. Safeway and Walmart Supercenter were 20-25 minute drive. But we stayed at the house 90% of the time. While the house was pretty far out, it was great cause we got to go walking/hiking right outside the door. It’s an amazingly beautiful landscape. The backyard games were just as cool as the listing makes them appear. We had 10 grown children/adults who made use of all of the activities outside. The pool and hot tub were a major hit with all of them. (The hot tub wasn’t hot enough for me so I skipped it though.) The house was very spacious with plenty of seating in the open floor plan. The home sported inside games too which we’re out to good use (pool table, shuffleboard table, foosball, and the standing arcade game.) But I think we used the card table the most playing a different card game every night. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and had a variety of dry goods (most probably left from previous renters). We didn’t have to buy many “extras.” Bedrooms/beds were all sufficient, comfort and size-wise. I had read that there was shampoo and body wash which was nice not to worry about packing that. Another convenient thing was that there were hair dryers, eliminating the need to pack one also. The biggest issue I had with the property is that the one hot 50-gallon water heater that it has isn’t big enough to support the number of guests the property says it can house. The master bathroom has a large jetted tub which is awesome as I love taking baths, but there isn’t enough hot water to get the water over the jets, which is less than halfway up. We managed to staggered showers and only had a couple of cool showers during our visit which was good. But you just need to plan that you can’t use the bathtub unless the owners puts in another hot water heater for the other side of the house. (And this may not be an issue for most people.) There were a few minor issues that the property manager reacted to quickly and fixed during our visit. All in all, the property fitted the bill perfectly for what we needed for our family trip.

Excellent property for families

This property was fantastic. As the pictures show, the backyard is fabulous and great for kids and teens. What made this property stand out for me was the thoughtful amenities. There were sufficient plates, bowls, silverware, cooking equipment, etc. for a family. Toiletries, toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry soap were also provided. We have stayed at properties at which we supplied our own and had limited cookware and dishes. It was nice not to have to worry about. Although I wasn't traveling with young children, I was happy to see that there were toys and games for kids, a crib, etc. These are all thoughtful additions. The property was clean, had lots of activities, and thought was clearly put into making sure guests can relax and feel "at home". Thank you for a great getaway

Awesome spring break getaway

My family of 6 and another family of 6 truly enjoyed our stay. The backyard had so much to offer there was never nothing to do. The kitchen was well stocked with every dish, pot, and pan we needed and the pantry stocked with all the supplies we needed. Tons of refrigerator space was awesome! The only thing we needed more of were wash cloths. Tons of towels, not enough wash cloths. Also, this house is VERY remote. The dirt road was longer than I anticipated, and while we do not usually rent a car for our Scottsdale stays (this is our 3rd), I felt uncomfortable being so remote with small kids so we ended up renting a car. Stores are several miles away. Multiple of the TVs were disconnected requiring us to connect them - not a big deal but also unusual. Finally, there were tons of bugs. A million crickets, moths, and wasps. My daughter got stung in the pool and the pool requires constant cleaning to remove the bugs. Great house but not likely to return given the location and the bugs.

Great multi-family spring break house!

We loved this house. Stayed there with 6 adults and 9 kids. Plenty of room for everyone. Lots of activities. Great kitchen. It is a bit of a drive to groceries, restaurants, etc. Lots of nearby hiking. Check out the Southwest Wildlife Conservation Center. The tour was really good!

Great place!

The house was amazing first and foremost. Very well stocked! The only couple issues I had were 1. 4pm check-in. Pretty late in day to check in. They charge to check in at 2:30 which I didn't understand when I spent what I did to rent it for 4 days. 2. It's a ways out! With rough dirt roads the last mile to the house. If your looking for seclusion then this is great! Overall house was beautiful, very clean, very well stocked with supplies!! We had a group of 12 golfing. And it had plenty of room . It just seemed like we were 30 minutes from everything i.e stores, golf, casino if you don't mind small drives to everything or looking to get away from everything then it's truly an amazing property!

Perfect family getaway

House is in a very remote location with adequate distance from neighbors. Great backyard with plenty of activities. Lots of direct sun. Well stocked with towels, sunscreen, kitchen supplies, shampoo, soap, etc. Beds were very comfortable. Stayed with another family and nobody had a single complaint.

Very cool spot - looks as advertised

Very cool property with a lot to do. For those that doubt if the pictures aren't real... they are exactly how they look. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for a couple of reasons. First, the pool heater was on with a set temperature of 102 degrees and an actual temperature of 99 degrees. When its 100 degrees outside, a 100 degree pool doesn't feel great. So the first two days we were there (we were there for 3 days total), the pool was a hot tub. The property managers were very helpful though, but it took some time to cool down a little. Second, the check-in time was 4pm, which is the latest I've seen to date. It was $150 to check-in at 2pm, which I think is a bit ridiculous. Also, there was more rules than I've ever seen with a rental home. By far. With that said, I would recommend this home to larger groups.

Golf Weekend

Overall stay was excellent! Great communication with host. Easy access to all information at the house. House had absolutely everything we needed. All bedrooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Pool was a bit warm to be refreshing but still beautiful. Only negative we had was, it was hard to get cabs/Ubers to pick us up, the house is pretty far from down town Scottsdale and those bars and restaurants, I would definitely suggest arranging transportation prior. The host of course provided us with a few options which was helpful. Very close to all golf courses we played.

Secluded Luxury

This house was perfect for our group of 13. Everyone had their own space and it fit everyone comfortably. The house is way bigger in person than how the pics show it! The backyard was amazing! All the kids enjoyed every game it had to offer! The hot tub and pool were a huge highlight for them! The house has everything you need in household products besides food, which was a huge bonus! It was nice not to have to buy essentials like soap (kitchen and bath) toiletries, paper towel, etc.... The location is about 20-30 mins from pretty much everything. There is also so great hiking close to the house! Thanks for the wonderful vacation, definitely one the kids will talk about for a long time!!

Family get away

This was a spring break getaway with our family, we had kids ages 5-15, adults and grandparents. The house was clean and had a surplus of supplies! Lots of extra towels which was great for the kids who hopped in and out of the pool all day. The backyard was amazing. Lots of games for everyone. Grandparents on the ping pong table, teen boys on the basketball court and kids in the pool. The BBQ grill was great- large and well maintained. We grilled for lunches and dinners and the patio table seated more than enough people. The sunset was beautiful. The property manager Terry was great- responsive and patient. They have great communication with thier clients and I really appreciate that. Its stressful enough planning a family gathering in another state but having Terry assist and make this as smooth and valuable for our family really helped. Thank you for a great stay!
