  • Welcome to Villa K! An Amazing Home and Spectacular Location for experiencing Old Town Scottsdale! This beautiful home boasts a very spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath open floorplan - it has a wonderful kitchen, high end appliances, wonderful backyard / covered patio, and is literally 100 yards to Scottsdale's Entertainment District and 1.5 miles from spring training!

    In complying with local ordinances, min night booking required is 30 nights - this is not a short term rental (STR). Maximum number of non-related adults that may stay overnight at the home is 6 plus their accompanying children.
