The room was very updated, and I appreciate that there is no carpet flooring. Unfortunately, there were a few hairs on the bedding as well as in the sink which made it seem like it hadn’t been well cleaned in between visits. The front desk was very helpful. The parking lot is small and busy. The surrounding area has a lot of dining options due to proximity to ASU.

This is a very basic yet comfortable and clean property with everything you need. Situated steps from the ASU campus and conveniently located within walking distance of CVS, dining and While Foods. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will be back many times as my son attends ASU and this makes my visits more affordable and convenient.
