Once the rental agreement + guest verification have been signed and received, you will receive the keyless entry code.

You will have access to the entire home except the owner's locked closet and the garage.

The Bloom is a 5-bedroom single-family home curated for relaxation to unwind and enjoy all that Scottsdale has to offer. You will be treated to beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces that include a private, heated swimming pool (additional fees apply), a large sun-splashed backyard, and a game room with a pool table. Please note: there is one step down into the game room.

CONCIERGE SERVICES:
We offer a 24/7 On-Demand Concierge Service. Extra fees apply for this service and it includes anything from restaurant reservations, special requests, in-home chef, amenity arrangements, photography, mid-stay cleaning service, and more.

SERVICE PROVIDERS:
During your stay, you may encounter service providers who help with the maintenance and upkeep of our home. Below is the schedule.

•GARBAGE Wednesdays. We have valet service that will take the trash to the street and bring it back in.
•LANDSCAPE SERVICE Fridays
•POOL SERVICE Tuesdays

OUTDOOR CAMERAS: Exterior cameras are located in the front of the home for security. There are no interior cameras.

NOISE MONITORS: Noise monitors are located inside and outside of the home to ensure quiet hours of 10pm-9am are followed. These measure decibel levels only. No sound is transmitted or recorded.

To maintain our beautiful grounds, please note that we do have weekly pool, spa, and landscaping crew onsite to service our property and equipment. The team will have free access to the backyard and front yard of the property. Typically, the team comes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, but this is subject to change without notice.
