Great stay!

Loved the cleanliness and space. Perfect for large parties. Was a bit concerned we’d be too loud since the neighbors are in such close proximity, but it was alright. Pool was also super refreshing for the AZ heat! Would definitely recommend.

Great House!

We went to a baseball tournament with 4 families. There were 17 people total. We all had plenty of room to spread out and were not stepping over each other all week. The house was clean when we arrived and the instructions for check in were very simple. Nice, clean, quiet neighborhood. It felt very safe. The police station is less than a 1/4 mile away. Tons of stuff to do for the kids. We had a shuffle board tournament on the 4th of July. Great memories. Thank you.

Backyard Oasis, exactly what we were looking for

The photo of the backyard on this property is not the actual backyard of this house - but the real house is better ! Similar layout, but the backyard includes a patio that provides shade from the AZ sun all day long including a space for outdoor dining as well as a couch / loveseat area. The pool area is surrounded by tall, lush plants and trees, including an orange tree which makes the space feel like a cool escape from the heat. The house functions fantastically for multiple families or a girls weekend with a big kitchen / family room area, formal dining area and a game room along with a 3 car garage. The kitchen is missing a few basics, like a cookie sheet and knife steel, but otherwise has plenty of dishes, pots and pans, serving dishes and utensils.

Nice place, good local, property mgmt not so great

Ask questions before my stay which were not responded to till we were already on property, weeks later. Communication was challenging. When telling them the refrigerator did not make ice or dispense water they could just not understand, seemed like an off shore customer service agency. Frig never fixed but we we're only there for 4 days. The place was nice and we enjoyed our stay but the property management team was not great, glad we did not have any major issues. Definitely need better Communication skills.

Nice home but would not stay here again.

Lovely home and plenty of space for everyone, but I would not go back. The quite hours on the app said 10:00 to 8:00 with smart home technology that will alert the owners if it gets too loud. When we got to the house and MANY of the neighbors has yard signs “Homes not Hotels”. That was very uncomfortable unloading our car knowing the neighbors are not happy we rented the house. Then inside the house there was a note that said quiet hours start at 9:00 pm and the neighbors call the cops often. If cops are called we would all be kicked out. This was very nerve racking for us. We rented the house because we have a big family not a rowdy family but big. Having to get out of the pool by 9 because we were worried the cops would be called by the neighbors was not enjoyable. Unable to use the fire pit for s’mores at night because we weren’t sure how loud was too loud also a waste of a listed amenity. The whole weekend left my family feeling a little uneasy about be there and we definitely did not feel at home.

Great House; Shitty Management Company

Rented the house to watch the Fiesta Bowl with friends and family. For the most part, the house was great. But I’ll never rent another house managed by Vacasa. Their customer service is almost criminal. One of the reasons for renting the house was the heated pool. Per the website, I notified Vacasa 48 hours in advance to turn on the pool heater. No response. The next morning, I reached out again, with no response. I started calling and calling, but couldn’t get through. I then tried their texting service, and texted with someone who was truly incompetent, but who promised that someone would get back to me. They never did. And of course, the pool was not heated. One week later, Vacasa finally emailed saying they were glad they could help with my concern. Needless to say, I responded and let them know how I felt. Again, the house was fine. But do not rent from Vacasa. Their incompetence isn’t worth the hassle.

Family Christmas

We came to Scottsdale from all over to celebrate Christmas. We chose this property due to the size of our family (20), and it was perfect for all of us! We enjoyed the pool with heat and the backyard!! Really clean property!

Nice house with lots of room

It is a nice house with lots of amenities. The pool was nice and there is lots of room for 12+ guests. We had a few issues but the property management company was responsive and helped us out. Overall I would recommend this place for your next vacation. Rudy did a good job!

Great home for 14 guests!

Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home! It was perfect for my family of 14! Beds were comfy, we had plenty of towels, and we had so much to do with the pool, all the games and TVs in each room. We also loved that we never ran out of hot water, which was great! We did have an issue with the AC but it was fixed immediately. I do recommend that you take your own shampoo/conditioner/soap since the ones provided are mini but no big deal! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Upon our scheduled 4pm check in, the maids were still actively cleaning. Wet towels were on top of the washer. Floor was still being mopped & vacuuming still needed to be completed. Perfect for a golf trip
