Thank you for choosing our home! We want every guest to have a comfortable, relaxing stay while helping us keep the property in excellent condition for future visitors. Please take a moment to review our house rules before booking.

Pet-Friendly Home
We proudly welcome pets! Please let us know about your pet before booking. A one-time pet fee of $250 per pet (plus applicable taxes) applies regardless of the length of your stay. Pet approval is required prior to booking.

No Smoking, Vaping or Drug Use
Smoking, vaping, marijuana, or illegal drug use is not permitted anywhere on the property, including inside the home, front yard, or backyard.

No Parties or Events
This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is intended for relaxing getaways—not parties or events. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance. Loud music, DJs, large speakers, or disruptive gatherings are not allowed.

Quiet Hours
Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Pool Safety
There is no lifeguard on duty. Please supervise children and non-swimmers at all times. For your safety, the City of Scottsdale requires pool door alarms, which are installed on the sliding doors leading to the backyard. Please do not disable or tamper with these safety devices.

Pool & Landscape Service
Pool service is provided weekly, and landscaping service is provided every other week. Service providers may access the property through the side gate to maintain the pool and yard during your stay.

Exterior Security Cameras
For the safety of our guests and the property, exterior security cameras monitor the front entrance, backyard, and perimeter of the home. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home. Please do not cover, disconnect, or tamper with any exterior cameras.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 5:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs must be approved in advance and may be subject to an additional fee.

Respect the Home
Please treat our home with the same care and respect you would your own. Excessive cleaning, stains, damage, missing items, or misuse of the property may result in additional charges.

Maintenance During Your Stay
If you experience any issue during your stay, please notify us as soon as possible. We ask for up to 48 hours to address maintenance concerns whenever reasonably possible.

SUMMER AIR CONDITIONING INFORMATION

During the summer months, Scottsdale temperatures frequently exceed 100°F. To help keep the home comfortable, please keep all windows and doors closed and close the blinds and curtains during the day, especially on the west-facing windows where the afternoon sun is strongest.

Please do not set the thermostat below 72°F during the summer months. This allows the air conditioning system to operate efficiently and helps prevent the system from overworking. It is normal for the indoor temperature to rise slightly during the hottest part of the afternoon, even when the air conditioning is operating properly. As the sun sets and outdoor temperatures cool, the home will naturally become more comfortable.
