- AVAILABLE in May. Beautifully appointed fully furnished single level house with private pool in North Scottsdale's premiere DC Ranch community bathed in breath-taking McDowell Mountain views. Gourmet kitchen has gas cook top, wall oven, microwave, reverse osmosis drinking water and is fully stocked with everything you need. Patio furniture and natural gas BBQ. High-speed fiber optic internet to operate the Sonos system for ultimate streaming and music control throughout. Work from home in the dedicated office! Owners' suite is complete with a large walk-in shower, spacious walk-in closet and ample cabinet/counter space. Secondary bedroom is En suite for ultimate comfort and privacy. Vibrant Market Street only a .5 mile from the house. Six-month rental includes gas, water/sewer/trash internet, top of the line house water system, pool, pest & landscape service. The HOA community center just underwent a massive renovation. Tenants have full access to fitness center, pickleball, locker rooms, tennis, pools and more! Tenant is only responsible for electric.
Tenant requirements: 720+ credit score (average of three bureaus). 2.5X monthly rent amount of provable income. If tenant is not working, owner will accept proof of funds for $150,000.
