Great location

Easily walkable to everywhere you want to be in Old Town Scottsdale. Warm pool and BBQ area. Rooftop lounge is a plus. Good amount of space and a big kitchen for a studio. Walls are very thin though, and there was a lot of late night comings and goings of the neighbors.

Very nicely appointed apartment. Walking distance to Old Scottsdale and other attractions. It was a great spot to use as home base while enjoying some spring training games. Our host was great and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Scottsdale.

A/C was out from the time I arrived. Host waited until it was too late to fix for second night so I left early so I wouldn’t have to suffer through a second night in Arizona with no A/C.

Privacy

I felt the blinds on both the doors were inadequate for privacy. I felt like the neighbors above were stomping around, particularly at 2am every single night of our stay. I was disappointed the dryer wasn’t working since we were caught in the rain. Otherwise it was the perfect amount of space for the two of us!
