The house is easily accessible for anyone with a stair free layout that is level to the parking area and backyard. This makes the house a great place for grandparents and toddlers to visit.
The brand-new chef's kitchen features waterfall quartz counters, custom cabinetry, and top-of-the-line Café appliances, creating both beauty and functionality for everyday living and entertaining. The thoughtfully designed floor plan offers private guest quarters, ideal for extended family, visitors, or a dedicated work-from-home suite. Perfectly situated in the prestigious Cactus Corridor, this estate blends luxurious upgrades, functional living, and proximity to Scottsdale's McDowell Mountain recreation are, fine dining, Casino gambling, golf, and entertainment
When possible, we can accommodate early check and late check out. There is a $200 fee for each to cover scheduling of our cleaning and maintenance teams.
The home is newly renovated with new systems and appliances. Although issues may come up during your stay, we will do everything we can to fix anything amiss in a timely fashion.

We had an amazing stay. The house is beautiful and feels completely brand new everything was spotless and had that fresh, new-home feel. We really enjoyed the sunshine, the pool, and the peaceful walking neighborhood. It was a perfect place to relax as a family, and we felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend.

This home is just beautiful! It's high design and everything is brand new. I appreciated the luxury mattresses - we all slept very well. The pool was salt water and gorgeous. We loved the hot tub that is enormous. We played pickle ball at night and the kids really enjoyed having so much space. Swanky neighborhood! It was super clean and better than the photos - we'll be back for certain.
