This is not a house for parties or events. This is a quiet neighborhood, and the house rules must be followed.



Upon booking, we require all our guests to submit a copy of their ID through our guest registration form. This is both for our security and is our standard procedure. Unable to comply would mean cancellation of your reservation.



Management will carefully evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, or those made at the last minute. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. This deposit will be promptly refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.

Per city ordinance we have systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

- There are bike lanes and multi-use paths in parts of North Scottsdale and access to paved trails.

Q. How does the pool heat work?

A. Pool heat is available for a fee and upon request. Pool heat requests must be received within 24-48 hours of arrival.



Q. What is provided in the rental?

A. We provide sheets and bedding for all the beds. Towels for all the bathrooms as well as pool towels. There is a starter pack of paper products. This includes toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps to get you started on your vacation. It is up to the guest to provide for themselves after the starter pack of products.
