You will love it here!
This lovely condo is located on the third floor of a small, quiet community, with an elevator in the building. No key is needed for the elevator. The elevator is hiding in plain sight right next to the stairs.
Located in a convenient Scottsdale community, close to so many places to eat, shop and enjoy!
This charming condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. Take a look at the sleek interior with layered crown molding throughout, tile flooring in all right places, handsome light fixtures, a neutral palette, and a formal dining area. You will appreciate the modern vibe of the spacious living room with balcony access.
Head to the immaculate kitchen with wood cabinets, granite counters, recessed lighting, and stainless-steel appliances. The primary bedroom has glass doors to the balcony, a lavish en suite with dual sinks, and a walk-in closet. All bedrooms enjoy wood-look floors, and 2 of the bedrooms have mirror-door closets. Enjoy the scenic mountains, a golf course, and lake views from your balcony. You will adore all the amenities the neighborhood has to offer and create lasting memories in this dream home!

The property was convenient, clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again. The location was quiet and close to walking trails. The morning sunrise was beautiful.

Very well appointed condo, near the Silverado and McCormick golf courses. Close to restaurants, shopping and hiking trails.Property management is prompt to respond, check in and out was clearly outlined in the property guide. We would stay again.

Great Place right at the golf course

Great place. Very convenient to restaurants, shopping, and golf. Located at Silverado Golf Club. We a few minor issues, but Paige was excellent. Would definitely stay here again

We had a nice girls trip to AZ and stayed at this property. The condo was clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the needed items. 2 coffee pots (brew and k cup). Would recommend this place. We enjoyed our stay.

We booked this Thanksgiving week to be close to family who lives in the adjacent condo community Corriente. We have stayed in many other condos in the Paradise View Villas community. This is by far our favorite. GORGEOUS views. Well equipped kitchen and very spacious. We’ll definitely be back!

Location

The location is great. The condo needs updating and a better cleaning service. View from the balcony is very nice but it was so dirty that we didn’t want to use it. Furniture in the tv area is not comfortable at all. If you are looking for a great location and can overlook these other issues then this is a good place to stay.

Perfect location, and great stay w/a few updates

We stayed at the property for 10 days with friends and family. The property was in a great location for us! The listing photos and description were accurate, the community was very well maintained, quiet and the hosts were very responsive. A grocery store, and many, many restaurant options are within walking distance. Walking trails and golf are just steps away. The deck faces east and offers beautiful sunrises and views. The unit has a great open layout though the living room seating for a 3br was not very comfortable for a group of adults–especially if your group’s stay is more than a couple of days. The balcony and primary bedroom is directly in front of the clubhouse and delivery and maintenance noise is a factor to consider. Easily addressed upgrades to bedding, kitchen amenities and minor maintenance issues would improve this property. We would be very happy to return for a future stay with a few updates.
