Bedrooms & Sleep Setup:

Primary Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom, and a Smart TV. Soft linens and blackout options make it easy to sleep in or get up early for a tee time.

Guest Bedroom: Queen bed with the same bedding quality, plus generous closet and dresser space.

Living & Relaxation:

The living room is the center of the condo: comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and enough room for everyone to spread out at the end of the day.

Kitchen & Dining:

The kitchen comes fully equipped: cooking basics, quality cookware, a dishwasher, and a dining table that seats the whole group. High-speed WiFi runs throughout, fast enough for remote work or a video call home.

Outdoor Living:

The private patio is where mornings start, with coffee outside before the day warms up. The community pool sits inside the gates, surrounded by landscaped grounds, a short walk from your door.

Practical Details:

One covered parking spot plus free street parking. Coin-operated washer and dryer in the building. Air conditioning and heating for every season.

Casa de Melrose sits in a quiet residential pocket just north of Old Town. Most Scottsdale rentals make you choose between walkable and peaceful. This one doesn`t.

Old Town Scottsdale:

A mile and a half from your door: walk down Scottsdale Road or take the canal path, or drive it in 5 minutes. Art galleries, boutiques, taco counters and farm-to-table dining rooms, live music, wine bars, and sidewalk cafes. When the night winds down, home is a quiet street away.

Spring Training:

Scottsdale Stadium, spring home of the San Francisco Giants, is 2 miles straight down Miller Road, about 5 minutes by car. Salt River Fields at Talking Stick, where the Diamondbacks and Rockies train, is about 15 minutes.

Shopping & Leisure:

Scottsdale Fashion Square and the Scottsdale Waterfront are about a mile away, walkable or a 5-minute drive. McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park is about 10 minutes. Taliesin West, Frank Lloyd Wright`s winter home and school, is about 25 minutes.

Golf:

TPC Scottsdale, home of the WM Phoenix Open: 20 to 25 minutes
Grayhawk Golf Club: about 25 minutes
Troon North Golf Club: 30 to 40 minutes
We-Ko-Pa Golf Club, set against the McDowell Mountains: about 40 minutes

Hiking & Outdoors:

The Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt is minutes away, with miles of connected paths for morning walks, runs, or bike rides. Chaparral Park, with its lake and off-leash dog park, is about a mile from the door. Camelback Mountain`s trailheads are about 15 minutes, and Papago Park, home to the Desert Botanical Garden and the Phoenix Zoo, is about the same. The McDowell Sonoran Preserve and Pinnacle Peak are 25 to 35 minutes out for bigger desert days.

Everyday Convenience:

Sprouts Farmers Market is around the corner at Miller and Camelback, close enough to walk for groceries. Safeway is 5 minutes away at Hayden and Chaparral, and HonorHealth Scottsdale Osborn Medical Center is 5 minutes from the door.

• Quiet hours after 9 PM to 8 AM are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.
• Rental agreement is required within 3 days of booking.
• Gated entry requires provided code
• EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT: Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. These times are set to ensure our team has enough time to properly clean, inspect, and prepare the home for each guest.
• Pets may be approved on a case-by-case basis. A $250 non-refundable pet fee is required, and weight restrictions apply.
Occupancy & Use

- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy listed.
- Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
- No parties, events, or gatherings without prior written approval.
- Unauthorized guests may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund, in accordance with platform policies.

Noise & Neighbors

- Quiet hours are **9:00 PM – 8:00 AM**.
- Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
- If management, security, or authorities are called due to noise, unauthorized guests, or neighbor complaints, enforcement-related trip fees of $250+ may apply.

Parking & Vehicles

- Follow the parking instructions provided for the property.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of allowed vehicles without approval.
- Do not block driveways, sidewalks, fire lanes, or restricted areas.
- Parking-related complaints, citations, tows, or service calls may result in trip fees.

Pool & Spa (If Applicable)

- Do not touch, adjust, or modify pool or spa equipment.
- If a pool vacuum is present, do not remove, unplug, or turn it off.
- Service calls or damage caused by misuse will result in fees.
- No glass in or around pool or spa areas.

Smoking

- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- If smoking is detected and ozone treatment is required, additional cleaning fees of $500+ may apply.

Maintenance

- Report maintenance issues as soon as possible.
- Service calls caused by guest misuse may result in fees.

Lost & Found

- Lost items are not guaranteed to be recovered.
- Shipping within the U.S. requires a $50 fee, which includes handling and shipping.
- Payment is required prior to shipment.

Trash

- Follow all trash and recycling instructions.
- Excessive trash or improper disposal may result in additional fees.

Safety

- Some properties use exterior security cameras and/or noise monitoring devices for safety and neighborhood compliance.
- Do not tamper with or disable monitoring devices.

Rule Violations

- Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees or termination of the stay without refund, as permitted by platform policies and local regulations.
