Any issue that came up no matter what it was even if it was just a little thing. They go above and beyond for making sure they uphold customer satisfaction, I can say guaranteed. Having to spend the holiday here was hard enough without the added stress, I am thankful it was here. They made getting through it easier with good people skills and kindness. When your away from home these people make you feel at home.

I stayed here for almost a month and the staff was ALWAYS wonderful! Very friendly and pleasant. I definitely recommend this place for short or long-term stays; especially if you have limited funds. Lots of food places, convenience stores & shopping within walking distance. Starbucks, Waffle House, McDonald's, QT, Kohls, Walmart just to name a few. If you don't want to walk there is a bus stop conveniently located right in front of the motel. I would definitely stay here again.

You don’t always get what you think you’re getting

I don’t know what I was paying so much money on? The ice machine was not working, the girl at the front desk started verbally abusing me when I became upset over the ice. I explained i had medicine that needed to be kept cool and that I couldn’t even get a piece of ice. At first she was thoughtful and offered to keep it down in the office and then she went off. So… yeah I just lost $80 worth of antibiotics! I even asked nicely if there was a way I could have a fridge in the room. She threatened me and told me I’d be checking out the following day, haha that was my plan all along honey. She’s Mexican or mixed with blk curly hair. Sits in the back of office. I absolutely love the lady with the blonde hair, I forget her name but I believe she’s the property manager. Always kind and respectful to everyone

So either she stays in his f****** pants well my stay started out very well when I was checking in very friendly people we went to five rooms none of the rooms had refrigerator or microwave which I paid for this it was a premium or deluxe package never got my microwave or my refrigerator was told that security would bring it to my room when he came on duty that never happened spent three nights here no refrigerator no microwave nobody offered to say anything it's me about it first night we had roaches which is a No-No with me a lot of people outside our door walking by our room the people upstairs extremely loud overall it's not a very good hotel

Think twice, It's not so nice!!

I had a reservation for the upgraded rooms with the option to pay onsite. I went to check in payed with my debit card, got my key card. Prior to going to my room I ran to the store. About an hour later when we got back to the hotel anxious to unwind and relax after a full day of traveling. We get to our room only to see they barely were cleaning it out. Stripping sheets off bed etc. not even close to done... I assumed it to be a mix up; which it was not! Meanwhile there were people hanging around the motel everywhere, outside doors open cars smoking and hearing loud music. Just a very unfriendly environment!! After calmly explaining situation to front staff. Employee seems bewildered and calls her supervisor.... We ended up getting assigned another room, Hopeful of finally being able to unpack and unwind. We get to our new room just doors down from the first only to find it looking half put together. The beds only had sheets on them not to mention looked layed on. The fridge and microwave as well as other accomodations I payed for and booked on my reservation were lacking. Needless to say my children and I left. The office took 5 days to return my $700. When the money was automatically supposed to be credited back just as it was automatically deducted. When I inquired with management about this they were unknowledgeable and unhelpful. Would not AT ALL RECOMMEND and would not go back!! I usually enjoy Motel 6 for a economical short stay at other locations in Az
