Family Friendly Private Townhome, Heated Pool, Walking Distance to Everything!

Walk outside your door and be surrounded by all the fun and charm of Old Town Scottsdale!

Hiking, golf, 5 star restaurants, casual breakfast spots, Spring Training, nightlife and Fashion Square Mall are all just a short walk from this property! Comfort and class greet you at this newly renovated town home with wonderful views of the lush grass, mature trees & Camelback Mountain. Kitchen is fully equipped and easy to cook in with new stainless steel appliances. This VRBO is loaded to the 9's with everything you will need to have a fantastic vacation for 8+ people!

Town home was completely remodeled in August of 2018. Everything is brand new and ready for you to enjoy. Queen pull out couch on the main floor with 1/2 bath and a raised queen air mattress in the closet. Upstairs is a full bathroom and two bedrooms, one with two queen beds and other with a king. Both bedrooms have LED Smart TVs with Wi-Fi. You can sleep up to 10, 8 more comfortably. The sheets are all 1200 thread count, comes with soap/shampoo, hair dryer, soft towels etc - only the best for our guests! The HEATED POOL is about 30 steps from your front door. Unit comes with a covered parking spot and plenty of visitor parking. Should you want, you can rent beach cruiser bicycles or scooters for $1 an hour (download lime bike app on your phone).

Only 20 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, 10 minutes to Talking Stick Casino, 7 minutes to Salt River Fields, the Giant's stadium is walking distance as are the best restaurants, bars, old town shops, art galleries (free art walk on Thursday nights) and Fashion Square mall (Harkins Theater, Nordstrom, Dicks, Macy's etc.) 20 min from Westworld Arabian Horse Show, Barrett Jackson Auto Auction and TPC PGA Phoenix Open Golf Tournament. There is a free Scottsdale Trolley that picks up across the street from the town home and will take you all over Old Town should you choose not to walk. Your really don't need a car!

Living room has a brand new Samsung 55 inch LED 4k TV with Netflix and DirectTVnow, all furniture is brand new and very comfortable (we gave our decorator no budget, she did a great job!). The entire town home is serviced with free lightening fast Wi-Fi.

This property has a brand new AC unit and Heater - no worries whether it is 100 degrees or 40, you will be comfortable! Pool is heated and the BBQ's are first come first serve or cook up a meal in your brand new kitchen, make yourself at home. The walls are concrete which makes the property very quiet and peaceful, you will sleep well! There is a semi private patio with seating for you to enjoy.

Owner/Property Manager lives only 2 miles away and has lived in Scottsdale area for over 10 years, if you need anything or are looking for suggestions just ask! Front door has a digital keypad lock for easy entry. If you need a pack n' play for a baby we can supply one.

Owner is a Arizona resident and will accommodate your every need, we just want you to be happy and come back to visit again!

Perfect place to stay in Old Town Scottsdate

Location was clean and spacious. Beds were large and comfortable (king and 2 queen beds was a treat for me, my wife and 2 kids). Location is excellent and was a short walk/drive to most of the places we wanted to visit. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in this condo for a mom/son/Grandpa weekend getaway. This condo was perfect in every way! Super clean, simple decor, beds were cozy. We walked everywhere and barely used a car!!! We walked to old town Scottsdale for restaurants and walked across the street to the mall to shop. We walked to the Cholla Trail and hiked to the top of Camelback Mountain. At night, we watched movies in the living room and couch was cozy. If you are looking for a simple, clean place to stay, this is it! Tori was super responsive and even let us check in early as we had an early flight. I can’t recommend this condo enough !!! We will be back! Thank you!

Awesome stay

Place was very clean and check in was easy. My kids loved that all the rooms had tv’s to watch YouTube and Netflix. There were some toys that came in clutch for my youngest son! I think it’s nice that the place had a playpen, it’s good for any family with a little one.

Within walking distance of Fashion Square, with all its movies, restaurants, and shops, this two-story inside townhome has the amenities needed for an extended stay vacation. The host is welcoming, and answers all queries and requests in a very timely manner.

Perfect for family trip

We traveled with our 5 month old for a wedding in town and the stay was perfect. The condo was clean, spacious and in a quiet but convenient location. The pool and back patio was a perfect addition for the long weekend. Tori was very responsive and accommodating for our early check in and any questions we had. Definitely would recommend!
