Escape to our upscale, private Adobe-style residence nestled among million-dollar homes in the breathtaking North Scottsdale area. Adjacent to the Tonto National Forest and just south of Desert Mountain, our recently renovated and newly furnished home offers an authentic southwestern experience.

Take a dip in your private, large salt-water heated pool, featuring a stunning natural stone waterfall. Bask in the sun on a chaise lounge or enjoy the view from the rooftop observation terrace, offering panoramic sights of the East Valley and surrounding mountains.

Elegant Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Our main bedroom is a retreat in itself, boasting a king bed, hardwood floors, two walk-in closets, and a private entrance from the patio. The en-suite bathroom includes a luxurious Jacuzzi tub. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms (one with two twin beds and one with a queen bed) each have private bathrooms and balcony access overlooking the patio and pool. The house comfortably sleeps 6 guests.

Our property is designed for fun and relaxation. Enjoy a game of ping-pong, shoot some hoops with the basketball or water basketball hoop, or explore a variety of yard games. Inside, you'll find a collection of books, board games, cable, access to your streaming services and high-speed internet for your entertainment.

Located just a short drive from numerous golf courses, Bartlett Lake (offering beaches and boat rentals), and several trailheads into the Tonto National Forest, adventure awaits you. Dining and shopping options in Carefree and Cave Creek are only 10-15 minutes away.

Important Details
- Unfortunately, due to Arizona state code and pool barrier requirements, we cannot accommodate guests with children under six years of age.
- The home is equipped with two exterior security cameras for your safety: one facing the driveway and the front, and one overlooking rear yard.
- If desired, pool heating requires an additional fee or deposit. Please refer to the rental agreement for specifics.
- There are three fireplaces (two inside and one outside). One indoor fireplace is locked for safety, but the others are available for use. Firewood is not provided, and we kindly ask you to check for local burn bans during your stay.

Wonderful home

Stayed here with a friend. Such a beautiful location, very quiet. The home us just as described. It was too cold to swim, but we really enjoyed sitting out and listening to the waterfall. Would definetley stay here again.

Beautiful Desert Escape

We had a lovely experience at this home. The yard and pool are beautiful, and we saw plenty of wildlife including quail and roadrunners. The home is very spacious, clean and well equipped for cooking. I would recommend without hesitation.

Perfect stay

This was our 4th stay at this wonderful home and can’t wait to go back. It’s in a beautiful, safe neighborhood with amazing views of the sunrise, sunset and the brilliant stars at night. We cancelled excursions just to relax by the pool and enjoy watching the wildlife pass thru the yard. We loved every moment of our time there.

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. Very quiet and picturesque!!! We love hanging out at the pool during the day and going to the roof lookout in the evening. Such a great place we really enjoy this location.

Beautiful and Picturesque Carefree Home

This was the second time that my husband and I have stayed at this beautiful property. The home has everything that you could need. We had such a nice stay, and with the lovely warm weather, we enjoyed sitting outside on the lovely patio everyday. We will definitely plan a return visit in the future.

This home is was for us in the most convenient location to our venues. It is affordable and comes with everything you you’ll need including a heated pool, observation deck to catch beautiful sunsets and lots more… Excellent manager, Tim. Very responsive as needed. Great spacious house in the Carefree hills

Excellent Location - quite and well situated. Great as a starting point for hiking in the area and also Scottsdale is within easy reach for best restaurants and shops. The house is within the carefree hills and wildlife can be enjoyed close to the location. We did not heat the pool as temps were high enough. Tim was easy to reach and very responsive to our questions.

Very nice and comfortable

Just a beautiful place in a great neighborhood. The house was immaculate and spacial. The pool was very clean although didn’t use it as was not heated. Enjoyed the rooftop seating area with a glass of wine to see the 360 degree views and gorgeous sunset.

Tons of space

We had a great time staying here! The wildlife on the property was impressive! So many bunnies and quail. The house was very clean and well stocked with basic supplies. The house felt every bit of 4000sqft. Our kids slept in the 2 bedrooms upstairs and they had their own loft/sitting area upstairs as well! We stayed here in June and loved watching our car thermostat go from 105 down to the upper 90s as we drove from the main part of Scottsdale up to this home. The temp was never an issue. The neighborhood was quiet and just a beautiful area. The owner was quick to respond with any texts/questions we had!

Pretty home with great amenities

The check in was flawless and I love the fact we could park in the garage. The property is lovely and very clean, all the extra kitchen spices and teas were nice to have. We played a couple games and battled on the pinpong table and used the outdoor grill. Unfortunately it was in the 40s/50s during our stay so we did not use the pool but it is setup very nicely and can imagine an amazing summer stay. We had a ladies day and went to the English tea rose for brunch and enjoyed it very much, it’s a small place I recommend making a reservation. We also went to the Buffalo chip to check out the bull riding, small ring and short shows but definitely a fun place for people who like to party. We had lunch at El Encanto, I wish we would have made a reservation for outdoor seating near the indoor pond with ducks, turtles and lush greenery. The food was average but the atmosphere was worth it-super photoesqe and live music. Also did some shopping at frontier town and the prices weren’t inflated to buy gifts for people back home. The only problems we had with the property was the lack of hot water in the master bedroom for showers. Also locks on a couple of doors leading to the backyard and roof area were hard to work, there are directions in the welcome book but I think some folks may have tried operating them without the instructions causing them to be difficult to operate but overall a wonderful stay and definitely recommend.
