Incredible views, location amazing, almost perfect getaway!
Fountain Hills is quickly becoming one of our favorite getaway locations. This home was perfectly situated above a golf course, the pictures in the listing only give you a glimpse of how beautiful the views are. The pool is perfect, the outdoor space, although a bit aged, is really spectacular. We spent 95% of our waking time on the back deck. The interior of the home was very clean, each room was well equipped and all of the beds were comfortable. Lots of different spaces for a large group. Our four boys had a blast exploring and referred to it as a castle. The shuffleboard was a hit. The kitchen needs a bit of tlc. The fridge had an odd smell, the gas stove made a clicking sound that was slightly unnerving and the oven temp numbers are rubbed off so it's tough to know what your setting it at. Really, all were fine, but for a beautiful home like this I think it would be worth fixing or updating the older appliances. The property manager was ok, he was as helpful as he needed to be. One big suggestion: Replace all of the bath towels in the house. They smell terrible once they get wet, as if they've been used for years and years and the sweaty/mildewy smell just doesn't leave them. All in all, a near perfect trip. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a great outdoor space/view, and has a large group.

Great view, average house
This house has a number of great qualities. 1. The view is amazing 2. The Pool and Hot Tub are fantastic. 3. Great location with easy access to various places. 4. Space - The house it quite large with plenty of room. 5. Property manager was very responsive to questions. The house also has som drawbacks 1. The house is in need of a general upgrade, paint, furniture, kitchen cabinets, rugs, fridge and stove, and other small things. Squeaky fans. The refrigerator smells and needs to be replaced. It also has a lot of ware on the inside (rust) and outside. Master bathroom sinks spill water all over the place. Master bedroom mattress is very warn and has dents from age. For the price point of the house, the interior is not up to par. 2. Technology in the house is wonky and inconsistent. Some of TVs are all different and can be hard to use. 3. Patio furniture is a bit old and warn. Useable but showing a lot of ware. 4. Its an older home (2007) and you can tell the tech was added over time. Lots of wires all over the place. 5. Movie / pool table room is quite warn. Pool table is older, walls need painted and tech is a bit dated and thrown together. 6. Would be great to have a grocery service for people arriving late in the evening (nice to have).

A Slice of Heaven in Fountain Hills
Perfect sanctuary for a week of R&R with our family! The views are absolutely beautiful, and outdoor living space complete with infinity pool and spa were highlights of this gorgeous home. We would highly recommend for any families or groups wanting to get away for some AZ sun, golf and hiking!

Wes was awesome to communicate with. Never made me feel like I was bothering him. House was so clean beautiful and perfect for a dinner party. Will say that Waze doesn’t have an accurate location for house. So recommend using google maps. Was a great stay and highly recommend for a group and family get together.

This in an excellent property with tremendous views.
Excellent other than pool is on north side of home so it’s chilly without the sun. And the gas grill lighters weren’t working.

Thanks for the review and for staying with us. Certain times of the year, depending on where the sun is it will create a shadow on the pool or patio. But that is nice on occasion when it is a bit warm outside. The grill lighters are functional. You just have to hold them for a few seconds to get them lit. We look forward to your next visit!

Beautiful Weekend!
The Casa Sunridge Home was perfect for our group of 12. The home is beautiful, spacious and just as the listing describes. We enjoyed the pool and views (oh the views!!) during the day and the open kitchen/den at night. We love the Fountain Hills area, as it is slower and quieter but it was only a 20 minute drive to the Scottsdale action. Wes was great with communicating before we arrived and check-in was easy. Overall a great weekend and would recommend this beautiful home!

Amazing views
Very large house and amazing views with infinity pool. The only downside is the fact that there dead insects everywhere, hair in drains as well as beds. Couldn’t park in the garage - both garbage bins were full and smelled horrible because of the heat.

Great property for family time
My family and I rented this property for a week during Christmas. It was perfect! We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The kids enjoyed the kids sleeping room with the bunk beds and the game room was a major positive for them as well. The pool was a little tricky to run- I wish they had the instructions written down for us to follow instead of just remembering what the host told us upon check in. There’s a round dining room table that’s great for meals and games too. Overall- a great stay and would recommend for large groups.

Pictures don't describe how beautiful and breathe-taking the views are. The house was perfect for our group of 5 couples. Wes was great with communication and very helpful if we needed anything. Plenty of room, clean and great location. We really enjoyed the back patio, taking in the views from the hot tub, watching the golfers tee off or playing Cornhole. We had a chef come in cook for us one night and it was perfect. Definitely will be returning to this rental.

This home offered the perfect combination of privacy for couples on and open space to congregate. Wes made check in super easy and was very responsive. I would suggest requesting to heat the pool beforehand in the cooler months as the pool gets really cold and takes a while to heat up. Overall this was a great home overlooking Sunridge Golf course, which is a great course.

5 Stars All Around...
Casa Sunridge was awesome! From 1st contact to checkout was a great experience. Booking was a breeze, and we thought it was reasonably priced for all it offered (ESPECIALLY THE VIEWS AND POOL). Our personal property manager Wes was a pleasure to deal with. He contacted us prior to our visit to arrange our personal check-in, met us at the house as well as gave us a code to easily come and go. He showed us the ins and outs of the house, and let us know he was available if anything is needed throughout our stay. In fact we did have a question about the outdoor TV on the patio, and he quickly responded via text and came out to personally show us what we were doing wrong:). Check-out was a breeze as well. We enjoyed our time thoroughly and can not say enough about the staff at Latitude 8; especially Wes; our property manager. We will be back for sure! Beautiful home perfect for a group
The house is beautiful and has plenty of space for large groups. Communication could be better with the host. Host did go over instructions for pool etc. but it would be helpful to leave a list of directions for reference. Some things did not work including the outdoor tv & pool lights. Had an issue with one of the showers but the host came over and fixed that.

Thanks for your review, and hopefully we can earn a 5 star next time. The TV was repaired and is fully functional outside. We believe the rainstorm took it out; so we now have a cover for it. There are 3 lights for the pool and spa, and they are all functional. One of them had burned out. The shower drain was found slow moving and was repaired on visit. We know issues can arise on occasion, and hopefully we can get them resolved for our guests in a timely manner! We hope we see you back on your next visit! Thanks again for staying with us!

Beautiful Property with Spectacular View
Casa Sunridge was a dream. The accommodations were great, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, stocked kitchen. It was a perfect location for us to celebrate my Husband’s 40th with friends. The house is closer to other houses and streets than it appeared in listing but didn’t change the feel, just something to note. The view was breathtaking- words do not do it justice! The pool was usable but you definitely might consider paying the fee to have it heated, especially in cooler months. The spa and pool both are controlled remotely, and we did have to reach out a couple of times for instruction. The one improvement I would recommend would be the communication of the property manager. While he did respond for the most part during our stay, it was like pulling teeth prior to, to get information for check in. I try to give the benefit of the doubt with busy schedules, but responses were few and far between after his initial reach out, and made me feel awkward having to follow up so many times to get answers. Traveling from out of town I appreciate a friendly rapport in someone like this to help us feel comfortable and be a person of reference, unfortunately I cannot say that was the case.

We did communicate with the guest via email 9 times and multiple more over text and phone prior to check-in regarding the meeting time; in which we allowed an early check-in of 10am. From our research it seemed that their was communication issues regarding the rules of the home and how to work the pool. Our property managers advise the specific instructions on how to use the pool/spa. When it is not used correctly our property managers have to inform the guests of mis-use so the equipment is not damaged. We are just looking out for the home and making sure it is fully functional for the next guests. We are sorry you were not 100% satisfied with your stay. It was a beautiful property! We all really enjoyed ourselves. Definitely would stay again! The only SMALL issue was there were some ants outside but totally manageable as well as easy to fix! Loved the pool!!!

As a whole the house was perfect for the big group we had. The sunrise in morning was amazing from the backyard in the pool! The house catered to any activity we wanted! We did ha be a little hiccup of not having hot water the whole trip, but overall awesome place to stay!

Disappointing Experience - HORRIBLE Property Management
Pros: The house itself, is beautiful. It accommodated our group of 10 perfectly. The pool was delightful and the view spectacular. Cons: -Kitchen lacked basics like Saran Wrap and foil -Toilet paper is cheap - I've had better in gas stations -There was a white crusty residue on one of the bed comforters -There were remains of previous decorations still stuck to the window and other areas, making me question the thoroughness of cleaning between rentals -The toilet paper holder downstairs is pulled halfway out of the wall -The blinds attachment in one of the upstairs bedrooms is falling down on one side -Fire ant infestation on the back patio makes it impossible to sit out there with your feet on the ground -NO hot water ****Completely unhelpful property manager. I would never rent another property managed by Latitude 8. Our property manager, Wes, was a joke. I messaged the company ahead of time about sending a case of wine prior to our arrival. They put me in touch with Wes, who never responded to my inquiry. When I followed up with him, it was like pulling teeth to have him provide his contact information to receive our wine. He wanted our flight information to meet us at the house and let us in. At the last minute, he says he's not going to be there and just provided a code to get in. Wes was insistent that the edge pump be on for the pool any time it was being used. But, the pump kept turning off. I contacted him about the fire ants and his response was that pest control had been there earlier in the week. Wes said he would try to come by that afternoon. He never did and never reached out to let us know he wouldn't be coming. We ended up having to buy Raid and keeping our feet off the ground when sitting. We had NO hot water at all. When I notified him, he tells ME to check the hot water heater. That's his job, not mine. We did check it and could not identify any issue. He said he would be there between 9:30 pm-10:00 pm that evening. He never showed up and we never heard from him again. No check-out instructions/guidelines were provided.

I am saddened to see this review and realize we did not live up to this guest's expectations on this reservation. The guest is right that the property IS beautiful, and the views are spectacular! We have battled the ants outside and won. We have pest control coming regularly and we personally spray in between. No issues since then. We use Costco Kirkland toilet paper. I personally think it is great, and have never had any issues from past guests. The toilet paper holder was repaired. We were informed of an issue with the hot water heater in the evening. We had a technician out the next morning. The issue was resolved. We use professional maid service, and they stand by their work. If any guest has an issue with anything we send them back out immediately. Our property manager offered for the guest to ship the wine to our office or his personal home to bring to the property for them. We can not allow shipping items to the property prior to arrival as other guests are in, or there would be no one there to accept the shipment and it would sit in the heat. We do apologize for any mis-communication and accept there were a few issues that arose during the guests stay. We always strive to make every guest comfortable and accommodate their needs. We are right around the corner if anything ever comes up... Everything about this house was breath taking & exceeded all expectations. The property was very clean, the house manager was incredibly easy to communicate with, the views are impossible to beat and the overall accommodations were amazing. Roughly 30-35 minutes into Old Town & the airport, Wes was kind enough to recommend a driver to us who was the epitome or convenience. Wonderful Fountain Hills property with amazing view
Booked the property for 6 days for 9 adults (7 in their mid/early 20s) celebrating daughters college graduation. House offered private spaces so we didn't feel on top of each other. Outdoor kitchen provided fridge, trash can, sink, and grill which was very convenient while spending our days poolside. Kitchen is well equipped with everything needed during our stay; separate refrigerator and freezer to accommodate large amounts of food/drink, separate wine refrigerator was useful, wonderful 6 burner gas range was used every day to prepare meals. Appreciated the Keurig which allows for cold and hot coffee drinks. The game room is well equipped, we enjoyed a friendly games of shuffleboard. Appreciated the laundry facilities to wash/dry towels and swimsuits. Pool/hot tub was amazing! The fire pit as well as the free standing heaters came in handy during a chilly evening. All furnishings (indoor and outdoor) are beautiful and very comfortable. Everyone commented on the comfort of the beds. The property manager was wonderful to work with. He was extremely responsive to any questions we had during out stay. House is located within a quick drive of a grocery store/conveniences and Sunrise trail head. House is an easy 25 minute drive to the Kierland Commons shopping and Old Town Scottsdale. Overall house is very clean and well maintained - everyone enjoyed their stay. We highly recommend this property!

Perfect home, perfect location
This was a 5 day stay for my husband and I, on a trip from Seattle to find some sunshine. The weather did not disappoint and neither did the home. Probably way more space than we needed for the two of us but it had every amenity we could have asked for and was in an area that was a short distance to hiking trails, grocery stores, restaurants, and any exploring we wanted to do. The house was very clean, well stocked, and felt very safe. The outdoor patio and pool was where we spent 90% of our time. It is designed perfectly for just the right amounts of sun and shade. We can’t wait to come back and bring the rest of the family:)

Amazing property, view and location
We stayed in the house with 6 adults and 7 children for Easter weekend. The house is very spacious and fit us perfectly. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and serving platters. The house and outside are both decorated beautifully and each space is comfortable. The pool was fun and has an awesome view. Of the golf course. We were not able to heat it and that was problematic when it wasn’t super hot outside. We reached out to the property manager but he seemed annoyed with the issue and did not seem to be interested in helping us. He said a pool technician came out but we never left the house and no one ever came by. We were also not able to watch cable on the TV because we needed a PIN that he was not able to give it to us. We had brought our Apple TV so that was helpful. Internet worked great and the game room was fun for the kids. We were not able to put any of our trash in the trash bins because they were totally full when we arrived. Overall this house is wonderful and we would stay there again.

Thanks for the 5 star review; although I would like to comment on your review to make sure future guests are aware. The pool IS able to be heated and functions just fine. The guests kept hitting the buttons back and forth and back and forth and essentially left the spa on the whole time so the pool could not heat. The prior guests and current guests are heating the pool with no issue. This was explained many times in great detail by the personal property manager. Also, the Cable TV works just fine. The guest was referring to needing a code for paid channels like PPV and On-Demand movies which need to be paid for. I am sorry to saw we do not offer paid movie channels free of charge. Great House
Everything about the house was perfect. The rooms, the pool, the patio, the views. The game room was also nice for a break inside. The property manager was helpful and responsive. Would definitely book this property again.
