Great view, average house
This house has a number of great qualities.
1. The view is amazing
2. The Pool and Hot Tub are fantastic.
3. Great location with easy access to various places.
4. Space - The house it quite large with plenty of room.
5. Property manager was very responsive to questions.
The house also has som drawbacks
1. The house is in need of a general upgrade, paint, furniture, kitchen cabinets, rugs, fridge and stove, and other small things. Squeaky fans. The refrigerator smells and needs to be replaced. It also has a lot of ware on the inside (rust) and outside. Master bathroom sinks spill water all over the place. Master bedroom mattress is very warn and has dents from age. For the price point of the house, the interior is not up to par.
2. Technology in the house is wonky and inconsistent. Some of TVs are all different and can be hard to use.
3. Patio furniture is a bit old and warn. Useable but showing a lot of ware.
4. Its an older home (2007) and you can tell the tech was added over time. Lots of wires all over the place.
5. Movie / pool table room is quite warn. Pool table is older, walls need painted and tech is a bit dated and thrown together.
6. Would be great to have a grocery service for people arriving late in the evening (nice to have).
