Our clean, warm & inviting 2nd floor place is situated right in the heart of Scottsdale and is a 9 iron shot away from the Silverado Golf Course!

Our fully stocked kitchen boasts granite counter tops, stainless high end appliances with a refrigerator that can make hot water for your soup or tea if you choose not to use our coffee station. For your individual cooking preferences, we offer stainless steel cookware along with non stick cookware choices.

Our unit has great pool views! Want to start your morning with a cup of Joe on the balcony? Our sunscreen, roller shades feature a see -through material that blocks UV radiation & reduces solar intensity.

Watch your favorite shows with YouTube T.V or Netflix on our 3 flat screen T.V's. Whether it's viewing from our comfortable, giant size, leather sectional couch or relaxing on your king or queen size memory foam mattress bed, you will feel right at home..

We are situated in an amazing neighborhood! There are miles of winding trails, biking lanes & paved paths for bicycle enthusiasts as well as those enjoying their morning walk. Stroll along the Silverado and McCormick Ranch Golf Courses just steps away from our front door. Enjoy meandering around ponds & parks all situated against a lush green expanse & a magnificent desert-mountain backdrop.

Beautiful condo in the heart of Scottsdale

Diane and Chris are fantastic hosts and their home is beautiful! Super clean and comfortable and supplied with anything you’d need. The area is lovely & accessible to fun restaurants & activities!

Scottsdale Golf trip

Great location for golf courses, restaurants, hiking, old town Scottsdale and Talking Stick Casino. Condo is extremely well kept and updated. Owners were super accessible and responsive. We would stay there again.

Couples getaway

Very clean space, well stocked kitchen and baths, comfortable beds. The air purifiers were a nice addition. Perfect location so close to several golf courses, fine dining, and the bike trails.

Gem in quite location

Everything was easy from the booking till we left this morning. If you like to cook this is the kitchen for you. Comfy beds, big showers and quiet balcony for coffee in the morning. We’ll be back.

Beautiful Scottsdale Condo

The condo was very clean, filled with amenities, had a great balcony, and is located right next door to Silverado golf club. This area is great for walking or bicycling, and is convenient to many shopping area. The condo is exactly as is shown on the VRBO website. We enjoyed our 11-day stay and Diana was very responsive to any issues, which were very few. We would highly recommend this location. John & Kathleen, Aurora OH

Felt like home

We loved Diana and Chris’s place. The space was very clean and cozy. Kitchen was stocked with many extras and everything you could need to cook. Diana and Chris were easy to communicate with and even left us a small gift for our baby that was in the nicu during our stay in AZ. Location was great as they were close to the hospital but also close to a lot of restaurants, shopping, walking trails and things to do. We hope to come back and stay at their place again in the future!

Excellent Condo

Just back from a 4 night stay. Condo is in a great location and very convenient to other Scottsdale points of interest. While a convenient location, but it is also tucked back into a quiet subdivision and is very quiet at night. Unit is exactly as it shows online - furnishings are in great shape and property is very well maintained and cared for. Very clean and with a great layout. Perfect for 2-4 people. Owner is very proactive, friendly and responsive. Definitely will try and stay here again on my next trip to Scottsdale.

Great location and well stocked condo.

The condo overlooks the pool and is just around the corner from Silverado Golf Course and restaurant. There was everything we needed at the condo. In fact, one of the best stocked condo’s I’ve stayed in. I loved that there were lots of hangers in the closets and everything you would want in the kitchen. Only thing I would have liked is another key for the gate and pool entrance. There were four of us staying together and another key would have helped. We all enjoyed our stay very much!

Great place in the perfect location in Scottsdale!

We loved this place for our trip to Phoenix/Scottsdale for the Memorial Day holiday weekend. Everything needed was there for us including pool towels which is awesome to not have the drag those across the country. The location was so perfect as pretty much everything we wanted to see and the restaurants we had reservations at were all within 20 minutes. We used Uber to get around so we weren't driving after having drinks and it never took more than 5 minutes for us to get picked up at the property. The community pool was perfect to escape the mid-day heat too. The beds and couch were super comfortable too. We had to work a few hours the first day we arrived and the WiFi supported multiple remote workers for the day without any issues as well. Overall, just a five star property for sure!

Very much enjoyed our stay. Condo is centrally located to shopping and attractions. Property is located among several other residential developments and units are close together. Privacy is limited. Condo is tastefully furnished and comfortable. Everything you need is provided. Air purifiers are a great addition. Owners were responsive to questions we had and helpful. They provided detailed information about the condo and property access in advance. Silverado Golf Course is a short walk from the unit. The grille there offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can also get drinks on the balcony and enjoy a great golf-course view. Overall, it is a well-managed, clean and comfortable place to stay and we enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend it.

Our Great Escape From Winter

My husband and I just spent a wonderful month at Chris and Diane’s beautiful condo. It was a perfect home away from home: clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location. We ate dinner in a lot, and appreciated the well-stocked kitchen—it had absolutely everything we needed. The condo has a great layout and pictures on the VRBO site are accurate. On the nights we went out to dinner, there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. The condo is in a central location, close to everything we wanted to do and see in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. We also loved being so close to the Silverado Clubhouse and the many great walking and biking trails. Even the weather cooperated and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub nearly every day. Chris and Diane were helpful, informative, and always responded promptly. We hope we can come back!

Cool and Comfortable Condo in Scottsdale!

Everything about the condo was great. We felt safe and the neighbors were friendly! The pool was nice and clean and great for those hot AZ days! While the location was nice, we had to Uber most places because it was too far to walk in the heat. The only thing close was the Silverado Club house. Luckily they had good drinks and food. (No golfing for us.) Everything else wasn't as close as we had hoped. So I would give the neighborhood 5 stars, but location just 4. The layout of the condo is great and it was nice to overlook the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed and the water does taste great with the reverse osmosis system! We were short on bathroom towels but we were able to wash laundry so that was ok. We enjoyed our stay!
