This beautiful three-bedroom townhome sleeps seven (8 with blowup bed) and is just steps from our spacious association pool, as well as Chaparral Park with a lake, hiking/biking paths and playground equipment ideal for kids.

We have two free covered parking spaces. Great patio to hang out for drinks or cooking out. Quiet neighborhood and is fully equipped for a fun and comfortable stay. Available for week-long or extended stays. Perfect location...

Like to hike? Camelback Mountain is just ten minutes away.

Spring training? 15 Cactus Leagues Teams in town.

Great location

Super cute place. It was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The park that was next door was perfect for taking our dogs for a walk. We loved how close we were to Old Town as well.

Amazing stay, great location

We had an amazing stay! The condo was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Check in and check out were super easy. The location was perfect for us, close to grocery stores and the park was great for our 2 year old. We went to Old Town multiple times and to Phoenix for the aquarium and butterfly conservatory. We can’t wait to come back!

Super convenient location to golf and Olde Town Scottsdale. Very clean home, kitchen was well stocked for meal prep and host was very responsive to a couple of inquiries during our stay. Highly recommend

Clean, comfortable, great location

Everything was excellent, and just as described. A beautiful huge park across the way, nice community pool, clean comfortable home, and a convenient location a short drive from Old Town and the highway. Very peaceful and felt private, even for a townhouse. No silly rules or hassles.

Came to town for nieces wedding reception. Came with family all over 22 yrs of age. Great location, near many restaurants and easy for Uber and waymo to find. Very spacious, nice looking interior, kitchen was nice set up and it was close to all activities

Mid January mini vaca

The location was excellent for access to airport & for exploring Scottsdale & the neighboring areas. Beds are memory foam and uber comfortable. Towels are soft and thirsty. Neighborhood is quiet and seems very safe. We were very happy.

Great home for families. 3 adults, 4 kids ages 12-17. Beds were comfy, new towels, towels for pool, well stocked kitchen. Owner very responsive when asked questions. Would definitely recommend. Would rebook if back in the area.

A solid choice for a family stay

Security was excellent. There were two parking places at the door and more nearby. The two-story home was attractively furnished, had good temperature control (plus ceiling fans), plenty of space and had owner rules that were reasonable and helpful. While we didn’t use it, there was a beautiful pool just steps away.

Great birthday weekend

Rented this place for my birthday weekend and the host was extremely personable and accommodating as well as generous! I got a late checkout and I felt cared for. The house was super cute and very cozy. Would totally recommend ! Great price too.

Great communication, location, and ease of check-in/check-out

From booking to check out, Brian made the process easy. He was quick to respond to questions and gave easy to follow instructions. The location was convenient to dining, grocery stores, and golf which was all we needed. 4 people slept comfortably in the clean townhome which was stocked with enough in the kitchen and bathrooms to reduce our need to pack a lot of extras. We would definitely stay again if we return for another golf vacation.

Fantastic Location

The condo was as described and very comfortable. I was impressed with all of the "little" extras - the bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked, pool towels, extra pillows etc. The location was perfect and the facility is very quiet and conveniently located next to Chaparral Park that had a playground and a place to take our furry friends. The pool was refreshing and we had it to ourselves.

Terrific Vacay

Lovely 3 bd 3 bd spacious condo in great location a block from a fishing lake w walking trails& park. The host is very accommodating. Easy check in & out. Fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds & very convenient w parking right in front of the lovely patio. My dog loved the property grounds of the condo community. Everyone is very friendly. My family of four had a fantastic stay here.

The host was responsive and helpful - The place was nicely decorated, was spotless, had everything you would need - I was very impressed with plenty of towel racks in the bathroom! Everything worked and we were so close to everything we wanted to explore - the desert botanical gardens, Gertrude's, the Biltmore, Fashion Square! It was a wonderful experience all around!
