The room had an overpowering smell like they were trying to cover up something. Also, the heater didn’t work. I did stay the night and I had to fight to get my money back after they lied about me using shower.

Property was nice and clean, but the bathroom was not in the best condition. It did not feel clean or new. We arrived at 2 am from the airport and our room did not have enough towels for the 5 of us and we had to go down to the front desk to get some. There was also no one to help us with our luggage. Overall was a nice, clean stay. Great spot for a business trip or as a place to sleep, but not the best hotel for a vacation.

3 items FYI 1. German Shepherd on 4th floor tried to attack me morning of Jan 1. Owner had dog on leash but was barely able to hold dog back. Was Hotel aware of dog on premises? I don't stay where animals are allowed. 2. Dining - waffle batter was empty at 9:30am. Lady was informed, and she said no more till tomorrow, at 6:00 am there is plenty. Really! with still a half hour till breakfast ends. Poor customer service. 3. Jacuzzi - stairway down and seating is very rough surface! Women had to put towels under so it wouldn't scratch them. We apologize that we ran out of waffle batter at 9:30am, and we're genuinely sorry to learn about the disappointing interactions you had with our breakfast attendant in relation to your concern. I have never stayed at a hotel where the traffic outside the hotel kept me awake, but it did here. Plus, the breakfast was lack luster. The sausage patties were disgusting. The wall thermostat was not connected, which I didn't realize until our last day there. The only bright spot of the stay was the staff person, Danielle Torres.

Everything was absolutely wonderful, very clean, kind & very efficient staff, great full breakfast, always coffee, kids in the nice pool, clean spacious comfy rooms, nice big clean bathroom with enough towels & counter space, plenty of outlets. Only downfall was the A/C system was that window unit so it’s always kicking on & really loud.. room gets warm then loudly blows freezing air, shuts off, warms up & cycle starts all over kind of annoying waking us up but otherwise absolutely perfect stay!
