If we can combine stays with other guests to meet the 90 days, send us an email and we’ll see what we can do. It is priced so you can book this for a month and still be cheaper than staying elsewhere for 2 weeks. So come visit spring training facilities or take in a Cactus League game. We had a really pleasant stay at this condo. The hosts were great—very communicative, kind, and welcoming. The place felt like a true family home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials we needed. We loved having access to the pool and fitness center, and the location was perfect—close to everything, including the park trail and nearby stores. Overall, a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Condo on the green belt

David's condo is in a great location on the green belt which was perfect for the bike riding I wanted to do while in Scottsdale. Old Town Scottsdale is only a short drive away and grocery stores are close by as well. I stayed for a month and the basic soaps, supplies, and toilet paper that were provided lasted for the month.
