  • 4 Bedroom House with heated pool (optional heating charge can be declined) - Completely remodeled. Conveniently located in Old Town Scottsdale, features over 1800 sq ft in a prime Scottsdale location. Beautiful bright kitchen, bathrooms, new flooring & paint, with tile throughout the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Structural wood exposed beam, immense character, all in your open concept living space. HUGE game room with its own master bathroom featuring rain shower, double sinks and extra large walk-in closet. Backyard features a sparkling pool.

    This 4 bedroom + game room (with pullout), 3 bath house is centrally located to enjoy all that Scottsdale has to offer.

    Bedroom configuration -
    Game/Bonus Room - This was meant to be a master bedroom. However, we converted this room to a game room with a 7' pool table, 12' shuffleboard table & Golden Tee golf game. The count pulls out to a full size bed, as well (Sleeps 2).

    This game room has a luxury bathroom attached with a shower & bathtub, as well as a walk in closet for additional storage. The bathroom works great to take turns getting ready in, while there is still an actual master bedroom, which has it's own full bathroom attached.

What a great find in the perfect location! We loved our five night stay here and will definitely return. The pool was sparkling clean and 83 degrees, and the home was perfect for our family of four. We loved the neighborhood as well. Thank you for an amazing stay!

WE had a wonderful stay and the house was perfect for us.The only thing that would have made it better is the pool lighting ,without some kind of lighting system we could not use the pool in the evening. but the Host and the manger were booth very friendly and willing to do what needed to accommodate us. we will and already have recommended this house to others.Once again thanks so much for making our trip one for the memory books.cathy rupe

This home had everything I was looking for. It was clean, had a large couch for a family, game room, and safe & quiet neighborhood. I would reccomend this rental. The only issue I had was the beds squeaking. The master bedroom bed squeaked so loud it was hard to sleep if you moved at all. The bunk bed in the kids room also squeaked but aside from that this place a great for a family get together.

Family vacation

Quiet neighborhood. Pool was wonderful and family enjoyed it! The house is a bit dated and needs a good deep cleaning (or maybe i am just a little OCD). Overall a good experience.

Good location nice pool!

Pool was great and location was close to highway and shopping. Could use more/nicer kitchen supplies. Fun amenities, shuffle board and Golden Tee were nice, pool table needs to be replaced and pool cues were unusable. Owner was very helpful and attentive to our needs.

Family reunion in Phoenix

We loved our stay at this property. The house was beautiful and comfortable and slept everyone comfortably. We had six adults. We enjoyed the pool and the game room and the ambience of the house. Sisters trip

My 5 sisters and I spent our annual sisters trip in Scottsdale and chose the property by the amenities and the price.We loved the property!!it was clean and spacious. The heated pool was awesome. We loved how relaxing it was. I was concerned that I didn’t receive any checkout instructions. I tried to call the property manager but was not able to reach him. I would still recommend this property to my friends and family wanting to stay in Scottsdale.

Exactly what we wanted

My family stayed at this property for three days and it was exactly what we were looking for. My kids loved the activities in the game room (pool table, shuffle board, and golden tee) and we all loved the pool. The big comfy couch was the perfect location to relax and watch the Olympics and movies as well. It was a very easy checkin/check out process and everyone was very attentive when we had questions or concerns. Was also very nice that we didn’t have to check out right away on our last day as they let us no we didn’t have to rush. That was very much appreciated. I would recommend this location for sure.

Great property, especially for those who need TLC for their backs

We were extremely pleased with our stay. Since I have chronic back pain, I picked this property for the standalone tub. I used it every day during our stay and it was divine. Every bed in the house has a fantastic mattress. All of us slept very well. Very comfortable, cotton bedding as well. We were in town for my son’s wedding. Five of us stayed at the property. Before arriving I had asked and Mike said it was OK to host the grooms breakfast for eight of the groomsmen at the house. It was perfect because there’s a large center table, game room area, and outdoor seating with a pool. There are also three bathrooms so there is plenty of space to get ready for the wedding. The kitchen is very well stocked with plates. I think there are plates for 30 guests. We only had to run the dishwasher one time. There were even beautiful ceramic platters and bowls so I could make the grooms breakfast extra special. I also loved that there are two types of coffee makers. I normally don’t use a Keurig so I really loved having a standard coffee maker and it makes 14 cups of coffee. Mike was extremely timely with getting back for any of my correspondence. He offered to let us check out late since no one was coming in behind us. I had no idea how useful that time would be. It allowed me to enjoy the wedding without having to worry about getting packed up before I had to leave for the airport. It was a very relaxing stay given that we had so many activities packed into three days.
