Everything you could need was here. Every cabinet had another surprise with games, it was clean, and spacious

Talking about a total disappointment. We planned to meet with family for the holidays. Upon checking in, bathroom light didnt work, there was NO backyard lighting at all, and have the lights in the home did not work. I brought this to the host and found out the company that owns this has some on call help. Terrible customer service. Was told they would send a handy man over but never did , o waited all day. They do have a hot tub , but you cannot access due to overgrown palm. Stay away from this home and the company " i love vacations " the manager couldnt even be bothered to resolve issues. Place is a sham. They charge premium prices but fall short. Very short. When i reached out to VRBO, they couldnt do anything as they needed to speak with host (manager) . This has been a disappointment and embarrassment
