From the moment you arrive, the home feels open, relaxed, and intentionally designed for connection, blending stylish furnishings with a flowing layout that makes it easy for your entire group to gather, unwind, and enjoy the Scottsdale lifestyle.



Inside, the home centers around a spacious open-concept living area where the kitchen, dining space, and living room come together naturally. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals or hosting casual gatherings, while the inviting living area provides a comfortable space to relax after a day exploring Scottsdale. Smart TVs throughout the home ensure everyone can enjoy their favorite shows or movies, while three beautifully updated bathrooms feature modern fixtures and spa-inspired showers designed for comfort and convenience.



Four thoughtfully designed bedrooms provide restful spaces for every guest. Two king suites feature direct access to the patio, offering the perfect spot to step outside with morning coffee or enjoy the quiet desert evenings. Other Things to Note:

This home features a private, heated swimming pool available for your enjoyment at no additional cost. Heating is provided as a complimentary amenity; however, it may be inconsistent, especially during colder winter months. The pool typically warms well during the day, but nighttime temperatures can decrease due to natural cooling and ambient outdoor conditions.



Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels.



A Ring doorbell camera is installed to monitor real occupancy and is used for emergency situations only. Additional exterior cameras are positioned to monitor the side access gates for security purposes.



The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain respectful noise levels in the neighborhood. This system measures noise levels (in decibels) but does not record sounds or conversations, ensuring guest privacy.



Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.



This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 2022-1820



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
