Fun w the Fam

Great location, super convenient if some people wanted to do their own thing. Walking distance to Old Town. The house was nice and clean. We had a ton of fun with the ping pong table, and enjoyed the outside patio. The house was a bit echo-ey, making it loud, but overall a fun place to stay.

Great Group House!

Stayed here for a friends bachelorette and the house was very clean and spacious. It was walking distance to lots of places but we did Uber a lot because of the heat. The pool was also very clean and wonderful to hang out by. The pool table was broken when we checked in but the hosts had someone there to fix it within a hour! Highly recommend this property.

Overall great vacation home for our family of 4

Family of 4 (two adults, two kids ages 3 and 7) stayed a total of 7 nights. The property worked very well for a group our size. The heated pool was a huge hit with the kids. Unfortunately there was an issue with the gas and we didn’t have heat in the house or the heated pool for our last few days of our stay. The property management was very responsive when made aware of the issue and compensated us accordingly. The location is great. Kitchen supplies were a little light, but fine for a group our size. No pool toys so we made a trip to Target and picked up a few floaties / kids pool toys. We found the beds very comfortable. Despite the few issues we encountered we would stay here again.

Wrong Made Right

This review is not for "Disco". Unfortunately, a few hours before check-in, we were notified by the property management company that the house we'd reserved and paid for was not available due to damage from former guest. The property management company, GoodNight Stay, was incredibly responsive. They already had another property for us to check into. It was a larger place and upgrade for sure, but they were covering the difference. The beautiful property was "Boho House" in Southwest Village of Old Town. I cannot say enough good things about GoodNight stay. They were highly responsive and communicative from booking to checkout. I will definitely be looking for their properties in the future!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean and spacious with everything we needed except salt and pepper The only hiccup was the ice dispenser in the fridge. We found it overflowed and frozen so we had to pick some up a few bags with our groceries. Otherwise everything was perfect!

The stay was absolutely amazing! The master bedroom shower did have massive drain problems and the other bathroom we struggled with water temperature in the shower! It also seemed to lack some kitchen essentials to cook with. Everything else was absolutely amazing and in a very prime location!

Great get-away!

This VRBO listing was great for a girls weekend get-away for some fun in the sun! It's very close to a lot of the restaurants and bars, and has all you need at the house.

Disco Review

The stay was nice. Pool description and pictures do not match what was given. There was no cabana cover for shade and the picture clearly shows one. The swimming pool had a lot of dirt/ bugs and leaves upon arrival. The refrigerator would not stay cold either. Overall the stay was nice. Just the description listed vs reality was not accurate representation of the property.

Great Location for bachelorette party

Great for our size of 13 adults. The trash was full when we got there and the pool was not cleaned. This was a great location though as we were able to walk to all the clubs and restaurants we wanted to. Really fast communication with the owners too.

Perfect Vacation

House was clean and perfect. Pool was great had a vacuum in it so it was always clean.. due to covid 19 couldn't do much sight seeing but the house was so great we didn't want to leave anyway.

Great place to stay! Clean with great amenities!

Some friends and I stayed here for a couple nights while exploring the Scottsdale area. Very close to old town with tons of restaurants and shopping. Once in the main area, we were able to scooter to nearby locations which was lots of fun as well. We enjoyed the pool and pool table also! There was a pool ball missing, but the property managers were able to correct the situation. Highly recommended as a place to hangout or a "home base" for other activities in Scottsdale!

Beautiful home!

Came into town with my husband and 2 kids to visit our daughter at ASU and to see Phoenix! Blown away with the service and quality of the home especially for the price. We were greeted with a gift basket and everything was spotless. Scott was a phenomenal host and even helped us with ideas of what to do in phoenix . The location was perfect to get around town and not too far away from ASU's Tempe campus. Thank you Scott for making the stay so great and we are excited to visit again!

Great Stay!

This house was the perfect location for our group! Walking distance to stores, restaurants, and bars. Also a short Uber/Lyft ride to other places in town. It was an easy check-in process, clean house, and included everything that was stated in the listing. Do make sure to order more toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags if you have a large group. There was not enough for us for our long weekend, so we made sure to do so. Communication with the company was also fantastic! They were super helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

Difficulty in determining if more money was owed to Verbo.. Took many phone calls and no one ever had an answer. Verbo was the problem. Good Night Stay was covered but had no answer for Verbo. Verbo was sending me all over the place and never did have an answer.

Family Spring Break

Overall the house is in a perfect location- we could literally walk everywhere and didn’t really need a car once we arrived! That was awesome and we had a wonderful time. The private pool was definitively a benefit for our family. We did have trouble getting the heat turned on and didn’t realized until we received check in instructions that this had to be requested at least 5 days in advance for an additional cost. We requested it 2-3 days prior to arrival and were told it would be a problem since it was already on for the previous guests. Upon arrival the pool appeared warm but cooler as the days went on and we finally realized the heat was NOT on. Upon revealing this with the rental agency we had some difficulty resolving this issue and getting reimbursed for this expense. My husband found that the gas was completely off. Once turned on, the pool did heat up by our last day. The overall cleanliness of the property was disappointing. There were no mattress protectors on any of the beds and the bathrooms could use some love with cleaning (dusting, wiping down walls, painting etc). The toiletries provided were nice though! There was lots of sleeping arrangements The kitchen was beautiful but did lack supplies such as dish towels and would have been nice to have some plastic tableware to use in the pool area.

Solid location

Great location. The house and the rooms were fair sized for 12 adults to stay. Communication was also very good. There was very little housing basics in comparison to the number of adults you are allowed to host. There was not enough trash can liners, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner for 12 guests over three days; we had originally booked the property for 14 guests. We had to buy our own toilet paper and paper towels because of how little there was available in the home. Lots of nuances and ways to get fined in regards to clean-up and the checkout process. My party was happy to adhere to policies and tidy up, but it was tough with only 2-3 extra trash bags and little cleaning supplies available to wipe down surfaces.

Great Location

While there is no pantry for groceries and there were no outside garbage cans (we had to throw away our garbage in a nearby dumpster), the location is great and it accommodates a larger group.
