The Space:

Welcome to your desert escape—an expansive 4,000 sq. ft. rustic retreat framed by panoramic mountain vistas and designed for unforgettable gatherings. Warm textures, natural stone, and thoughtful spaces create an atmosphere that feels both elevated and inviting, ideal for family vacations, golf trips, or multi-generational stays where everyone has room to unwind.



Step inside to soaring vaulted ceilings, travertine floors, and an open living space filled with natural light. The great room invites connection with a plush oversized sectional, accent seating, a 70" Smart TV, and a cozy gas fireplace. Just beyond, the dining area seats up to 14 guests for long meals and laughter-filled evenings, joined by additional seating at the pub table and kitchen island for casual conversation and morning coffee moments.



The chef’s kitchen blends rustic charm with modern capability—complete with dual ovens, a large prep island with seating, granite counters, premium appliances, and a walk-in pantry stocked for culinary convenience. Whether you're cooking as a group or hiring a private chef, it’s a space built for entertaining.



For late-night fun, your private Saloon Lounge awaits—complete with red-felt pool table, darts, shuffleboard, and an arcade setup for friendly competition and endless entertainment.



Sleeping quarters are thoughtfully split between two wings for privacy and comfort. In the West Wing, three charming guest suites offer rustic ambience—one with a king bed and courtyard access, one queen suite with its own patio, and another queen room with twin-over-full bunk and private patio. They share a well-appointed bath plus an outdoor stone shower for a uniquely Arizona experience.

Across the home, the East Wing hosts the grand Main Suite, featuring a king bed, intimate sitting area with fireplace, patio access overlooking the mountains, and a spa-style bath with soaking tub, tiled shower, and a generous walk-in closet.



Outdoors, desert beauty surrounds you. Multiple tiered patios capture pink sunsets and star-lit nights, with lounge seating around a fire table and a 70” Smart TV, a built-in BBQ island for al fresco dinners, and a stone picnic table perfect for slow brunches or evening meals. The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the shadows of the Rio Verde Foothills about 35-40 minutes from Downtown Scottsdale and 20 or so minutes from Scottsdale at the 101 near Frank LLoyd Wright, Westworld & the TPC.



Troon North to the West and Trilogy to the East for golf lovers, and Granite Mountain Trailhead to the North and Tom's Thumb to the South for hiking lovers.



Other Things to Note:

This home features a private, heated swimming pool available for your enjoyment at no additional cost. Heating is provided as a complimentary amenity; however, it may be inconsistent, especially during colder winter months. The pool typically warms well during the day, but nighttime temperatures can decrease due to natural cooling and ambient outdoor conditions.



Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels.



A Ring doorbell camera is installed to monitor real occupancy and is used for emergency situations only. Additional exterior cameras are positioned to monitor the side access gates for security purposes.



The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain respectful noise levels in the neighborhood. This system measures noise levels (in decibels) but does not record sounds or conversations, ensuring guest privacy.



Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.

Beautiful home

This home is beautiful. It is in a beautiful setting and a bit from town, which is what we were looking for. The outdoor living area and pool were amazing. Communication was amazing as well!!! Thank you!!!
