The property itself is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. From the moment you arrive, you can see the attention to detail in the surroundings and facilities. The overall atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by several aspects of the experience. The breakfast menu was excellent, everything was fresh, well prepared, and offered a great variety to start the day right. You can really tell they pay attention to quality and presentation.

We like staying here for spring training as the location is good. The rooms are definitely older, but it is clean and consistent. The staff was excellent in being welcoming and fulfilling requests we had. Breakfast has the waffle makers and consistently had scrambled eggs and potatoes. Some days had sausages as well, but not all. The other continental breakfast items were always available.

The only good parts about staying here is the breakfast with lots choices and the staff is courteous. We didn't like the following: the pillows smell, beds are soft and appears to be beyond the useful life, low quality soap and shampoo, chair for the desk is almost unusable and needed to be replace, and exterior landscaping needed a good cleaning.

Our initial room had mold in tge bathroom. When requesting a different room, the hotel was able to accommodate us the next day. The breakfast bar had good variety. Would we stay there again knowing what we know about the cleanliness and location of the hotel. Not likely.
